Spring break

Very accommodating as they let us check in early and response time for questions was good. The location was perfect for the beach and bike trails . Will definitely be coming back soon . Everyone had plenty of room in the house .

Perfect Location

This property was a perfect location in Orange Beach. I was there on business, and it was close to my conference location and great restaurants. The house had everything that we needed, and the beach access directly across the street was perfect and a beautiful location for sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Best “not on the beach” location

So close to the beach without all the sand returning with you to the accommodation. We love the location! We brought our dog and she loved walks in the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and felt homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property was everything they stated in the description and more. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and super close to the beach. The pool in the community was right outside the condo so we could easily watch the kiddos play. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Great stay at the Cottages of Tannin #5

We had a wonderful time during our trip this past week! The cottage is located near many great restaurants, across from the beach, and close to several shopping areas! The rental was located across from the swimming pool, which was nice, and had plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog. The only thing that I would recommend would be to have someone come in and clean the air vents, and the fans- they were very dusty! We would definitely rent this cottage again!

Spring Break volleyball tournament trip

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this property, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house offers a TV room much needed for our relaxation time and watching basketball, an impressive kitchen that we used for meals, plenty of bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning that handles the changes in temperatures of late winter/early spring. We are impressed with the closeness of the beach and the access to get to the beach. The little touches of the outside shower for sand removal and the glider on the porch really counted to us. Parking is easy. We received weather alert during our stay from you, and communication for checkin and for checkout contained all of the information that we needed. We will look to stay here again on future trips to Orange Beach!

Your place was very nice! Beautifully decorated and very clean!! Thank you for prompt response when we couldn't get the bedroom tv to work! And thank you to Joe for checking back in to make sure it was taken care of. Would definitely stay here again !

A slice of paradise

This is our 3rd stay at the Village of Tania and it just keeps getting better. The home is spacious enough that no one feels like they’re on top of each other. The proximity to grocery shopping, entertainment, activities, etc. cannot be beat. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was so kind - gotta love that Southern hospitality! I do think it’s be helpful if we had access to a small broom within the property to keep things tidied up. Also, umbrellas at the pool to afford some shade. Other than that, we cannot wait to come back soon!!

Quick trip

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Beach access was very convenient and only a quick walk. The neighborhood was pet friendly and perfect for morning/afternoon runs. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Overall the property was very clean. My only complaint was mold in the washing machine. Good location, you have to cross the street to get to the beach, which we knew.
