Small things that make a difference

The batteries were not working in either remote on both TV's we had to go out and buy batteries. The furniture needs to be updated. We could not figure out how to get the shower to work until day 2. (It's on the tub spout by the way) We did not know that the pool was not functioning. The balcony furniture needs updating. Overall we had enjoyable stay. Please make a few changes for the customers. We pay enough that we should not have to worry about these things. We are loyal customers to Gulf Shores vacationing.
