Nice room but a couple comments

There was work going on in a nearby room that was a bit noisy during the day, but thankfully the weather was nice to be outside. Also the inside swinging door lock needs repair. Otherwise it was great. The balcony and balcony table was SUPER great!!!

Spring break 2024

Needs a little tlc needs new beds, dishwasher didn’t get the items clean. Fridge made noise all day and night. Ac went out on day 2 but they came out with in 4 hrs to fixed it.

Great condo!

Pros: Condo is in a GREAT location! The pools were awesome and we even used the fitness center! it was very clean, the furniture was nice. They had little soaps and shampoo in the bathroom and landrry/dishwasher soap and paper towels in the kitchen. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Cons: The ONLY issue we had was the beds only had the fitted sheet and top sheet on them. No cover or bedspread. I have never been in a hotel or condo with only a thin top sheet and nothing else before. Contacted Vacasa and they said that they would have their cleaning people bring by the covers the next day (we arrived late at night). Then the next day they said sorry, the bedspreads were dirty and wouldn't be returned until after we left (5 days later). Went to walmart and bought two blankets for the two beds so we could be comfortable. Everything else was perfect, except for this bedding situation.

Summer vacation

The 3 pools are great. The air conditioner walkway across the road to the beach is amazing. Having a full weight room is a great convenience. Water views from both bedrooms was really nice.

Great complex. Horrible room.

The condo complex was great. Enough pools to move between when one was crowded, short walk to the ocean, close to all the restaurants and stores, quiet community. The room was terrible. The beds were outdated and extremely uncomfortable. Pillow toppers were available in the closet but did not help. When we arrived the washer had a sticker that stated “do not use, under maintenance”. We reached out and it was not resolved. Maintenance checked it and said the renters were already aware of it and it would more than likely have to be replaced. This was not disclosed before our stay and the listing stated washer and dryer was an amenity. Extra towels were not provided. We had to pay a big amount and make multiple trips to a local laundromat in order to provide clean towels and clothes for our children. This was a major inconvenience. The condo complex is a great place but definitely check other rooms before booking 1307.

Getaway Weekend

Loved this condo and the complex itself. Great views and pools. The complex was well-kept and clean. The condo itself was very cute and clean; just need to get newer towels and bedding and a comfortable topper for the king bed.

This condo was listed several times as a 5 star and I can't understand why. The kitchen lacked so many essentials, such as plastic cups to bring to the pool & beach, salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters, Windex or any cleaning solution to wipe down counters, etc. The couch needs a very good cleaning and so does the area rug. Stains on both make it look very uninviting and unclean. The couch pull out mattress was like sleeping on springs and very uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed/mattress was very thin, old, and loud. The master bed did not even have a comforter or bed spread just a white blanket tossed on top. The balcony was filthy and is need of a good power wash.

Great views

Overall the condo was really nice and clean but the fridge may need a new filter bc the ice/water that came out of it tasted bad and the rug outside should probably be replaced.

Simple improvements would make for perfect stay

Coffee maker, but no coffee filters. Trash can but no trash bags. Nothing to clean dishes with and could have definitely used more towels. All things that could easily be addressed and would definitely create a much better experience for your next guests. I’m sure we’ll be booking again in the future.

Great condo, wish they didn’t have construction

The condo itself was comfortable, Greta location, clean. Perfect for a beach stay with family. Unfortunately the main pool and hot tub were closed for construction. Wish we would have known this before booking. Also, the one hot tub they did have was lukewarm and I asked 3 people to look into turning it up as the weather was cold. No luck. It should be an easier ask. But once the pool is back up, it is a wonderful place to stay

Beach Time

Being able to see dolphins, birds, waves coming in. Having multiple pools, exercise equipment, etc. Good location. Condo was fine, could use a bit of makeover, change or update couch. 2nd bedroom was difficult to use. Finally used streaming. Overall experience was very good in spite of a leak in 2nd bath from AC on above floor and electrical outage and loss of elevators when checking out. Would recommend this unit!

Excellent Beach Trip

This was our second stay in Crystal Towers, and it was excellent. It was clean, well furnished, Washer need a repair but I didn't go there to wash. Freezer worked really well! Loved it and would definitely rent same unit again. Wonderful views, easy access to beach, balcony view of the sunrise and sunset was excellent. Guard on duty Monday night was nice, friendly and professional.

Top Shelf

This home is very clean and comfortable with tile floors in the kitchen and main living areas and new laminate flooring in the bedrooms. Kitchen is all white cabinets and appliances with a double stainless steel sink. The kitchen did lack some essentials like an electric mixer and could use another casserole dish and cookie sheet. We enjoyed Thanksgiving Dinner for Six and the dinning table was plenty big enough for all of us and all the fixings. Also I would be remiss if I didn't mention the view, which is magnificent, . . . a beautiful view of the Gulf and beaches from both the living area and the master bedroom. So what more could you ask for?

Vacasa and Crystal Towers 1307

Vacasa's customer service is great! They've always gone above and beyond for us. The condo was nice, clean. Good amenities. The TV remotes need batteries and the master bath could use a clean shower curtain liner. I'd stay here again.

Perfect family condo!

Checking in and out was so easy and the property manager was very prompt with responses when we had questions during our stay. Gulf shores is a beautiful beach town and having a balcony facing the ocean was perfect! The building is 20 stories high and we were on the 13th floor so waiting on an elevator was the only negative part of our stay, but we would still go back and stay there again!

Nice place

Pros: Great location, lots of room, beds were comfy, big kitchen, nice balcony, great view of the water. Cons: pool across the street was dirty. There was floating mucus and other debris in it. The shower curtain was dirty and the kitchen smelled faintly of urine.

weekend get away

Overall was a great stay. Only 2 working elevators not a plus. One resident that stated "I live here and I will cut elevator lines whenever I please" was not pleasant. Otherwise 4 out of 5
