Amazing Gulf views!

Excellent Holiday Getaway

Our arrival was seamless. Entry code worked and building had several carts available to help the move in. The condo was even better than advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much. The heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were enjoyed by my family. Beach was beautiful and clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful sunsets

The condo was wonderful. Sunsets from the recliner in living room the best. Had some strange noises from hot water heater but Donna was so helpful. Our only complaint was the renters above us playing loud rap and smoking weed. But those sunsets

Birthday getaway

The property was in a good location with a beautiful view! Listing was very accurate. Was a little disappointed that there weren’t any Uber or Lyft drivers available during our stay. Definitely would stay again but they really need to get both elevators working it was very hard to get anywhere without a long wait!

Family vacation

We had a fantastic vacation in Gulf Shores. Management responded promptly and immediately remedied any issues we had. The only drawback would be the elevator, with only one working elevator, the wait time was a little long. We did use the stairs quite a bit. The condo was clean and roomy and well stocked with anything we needed. Definitely would stay there again!!

Crystal Shores West #1308 2024

Superb condo, supreme furniture inside and out! Living room furniture and balcony furniture alone added significantly to our stay. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. The views from 1308 are spectacular! The walk to the beach is only steps away. We couldn't be more pleased. I am very impressed with this property.

Excellent location!

Property was very spacious. Beautiful views from the corner balcony. Prompt responses when needed to reach out to management company. Enjoyed the game room and also being right on the beach! Fun to see the pelicans fly right by the window daily. Pool is on east side of the building so it gets shaded later in the day. Hot tub always a great way to end the day though, and when time to take a break from the sun.

Perfect place, perfect view

Loved 1308 Crystal Shores West!. View was amazing especially being an end unit. Great beds, well equipped kitchen. Thanks for having some games and puzzles too. Our original reservation in another place was cancelled five days before our arrival. ( Was told there was mold.) This caused a mad scramble to find another spot during spring break. Hope to return for another visit.

Great condo. The only issue at all was kitchen needs more storage bowls and glass bowls . The pull out sofa mattress will work for kids but it is uncomfortable for adults. But other than that awesome property.

Beach trip

Crystal Shores West 1308 was a very nice corner condominium. The views from the balcony were beautiful and one morning we spotted a group of dolphins. The beach was very nice and had lots of shallow area for families with children. The only negative was the bath towels were a bit rough feeling but we washed them and used softener sheets and they were much softer. Overall very nice place for a beach vacation. I would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful home with a view

Condo was updated in every way from kitchen to baths, plus the porch had the best view of Gulf, lagoon and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and baths had all you need. The decor was beautifully done. All rooms were large and had great views. I will book another stay for fall.

Fall break

We took our family for our first trip during the fall to Gulf Shores and we had the best time! The condo was perfect, amazing views. Plenty of space, clean, great beach and pool! We had an amazing time and would stay there again for sure!

Fantastic week at the beach

I have been to Gulf Shoes numerous times, and this is by far my favorite condo. The mattresses are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, the views were fantastic, the best outdoor furniture,and we had a very fine trip. We paid attention to the too warm comments and partially closed the blinds in the early afternoon and did not have a problem. Only things I missed were some throw pillows for the chairs and throw blankets.

We love Crystal Shores West

This is the 2nd condo we have stayed at and had nothing but a great time! Although both condos were managed by different companies the property and customer service has been great! We stayed for the nationals softball tournament and the other family’s of our team are repeat visitors who enjoy the property as well!

Great unit- only one complaint

The unit itself was great. Nicely furnished inside and on the patio. Spacious enough for our entire party and the boardwalk to the beach was a short distance. The biggest complaint our group had was the elevators. They were AWFUL! Constantly getting stuck and having glitches. The elevators had no air conditioning and did not even have fans inside to circulate air! Our last night the elevators got stuck(again) and we had to use the stairs to reach our unit on the 13th floor. (No air conditioning in the stair well either) IF the elevator situation was fixed, I would consider staying here again.
