Great location and property that was well cared for. It had all the amenities to have a great vacation. The only down sides were a master bedroom mattress that needs replacement and a WiFi that was sporadic.

Spring Break Getaway

There was ample parking, smooth check-in process, clean & safe property. This is the second time I've stayed in Crystal Shores West and will come here again. Had a couple issues with our dryer and front door lock but nothing serious. Love it here.

Nice place to stay

Beds where very comfortable place was very beautiful. Only real complaint was the towels where very ruff even after washing them myself

Comfortable, well appointed oceanfront condo

We enjoyed 3 nights in the unit where we found it to be comfortable with a delightful view. Check in and check out was flawless and the management company was incredibly accommodating at every turn.

Condo was as advertised.Had to call a problem with commode someone came in a very short amount of time and it was fixed. Every time I have call Beachfront Properties they have answered or returned my call and been very helpful. We stay at Crystal Shores West every time we come to Gulf Shores

Crystal Shores West 506

Our stay was wonderful. The services provided throughout our process by Beachball was spectacular. Upon entering the room we were met with a very clean, and presentable condo. We checked out the area and noticed normal wear and tear situations that we reported (as an in case so it wouldn't be on us) and Beachball actually sent someone the next day to look at and fix. The overall property was great too. The areas (parking, pool, commons, etc.,) were clean and staffing was very friendly.

Girls' Beach Getaway

Clean, affordable, nice furniture and decor, well maintained. Everything was in working order. Sufficient kitchen utensils. Love that you had Sirius included on your cable. I appreciated the prompt text replies at any given time. Had a great week! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Simpson and owners!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just peace and rest. Very good communication, pleasant apartment, good amenities and wonderfull view of the ocean. One of the elevators needed maintenance as it made a screeching sound (became a joke that it is haunted)

Fantastic Place!

The condo was great. It was the best one we've been to in Gulf Shores so far. The whole process was so easy and we were completely informed the whole time. This was the best experience we could have hoped for. We'll definitely look to come back.

Summer 23 Vacay

I am summarizing whole stay here including policy and check out. I am a local so some of this for me was not what I know to be normal policy. Its a nice condo,but the whole over texting of no early check in and then the texting to see if we were leaving early so they could get cleaners in was too much and not accomodating. We had a good time, but while they are leaving checkout instructions for us to clean yet charging me an exorbatant amount for cleaning is where the whole policy comment comes in for me. If you want me to clean then dont charge me. All in All great vacay, but dont know that I would stay in another Simpson property. It could also be updated for the price they are charging. Excellent view though from the balcony.

Perfect View

This was a perfect place to stay and just relax. We loved the view from the balcony. The water was so clear and the beach was great. This condo is perfect for one or two couples. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also having a washer and dryer in the condo was fantastic after a day on the beach. We highly recommend breakfast at the Skyliner and seafood dinner at Mikee’s. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.
