2nd year staying at Crystal Tower

This was our second year staying at Crystal Tower, the location is great. The elevators were a bit trying at times. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. Not enough towels and wish there were more “extras” such as more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and more trash bags and paper towels. We’re paying outrageous amounts to rent these places, complimentary items like this mean a lot. Also the mattress/bed in the master could use replacing.

Elevators hardly ever worked and the hot tub was not working across the road. It was very aggravating to have to walk up 13 flights of stairs and waiting on it took time away from our trip.

The condo was amazing. We loved the view. The beach was amazing. The property was really nice wxcept for the elevator to the beach, which was broken for the first 3 days. Otherwise a perfect stay. Already planning on next year.

Not worth the price.

Bed was not comfortable. Several broken items in condo. Long walk to beach. Dirty stairwell. Noise so loud from broken elevator no one could sleep. Long waits at elevator.

View is good from the 13th floor. Have to look around some of the buildings in front but we knew that. Good kitchen and clean. Bed in gulf side bedroom is very soft on the edges and has a large hump in the middle. Warn Out. DVD player is very hard to work. Batteries were all bad so had to call rental agency to get more. Had 2 DVD players in condo and only one worked so he said to just throw the other one away. The original controller for the main TV barely worked. We had to use it to change the input for the DVD and it was a struggle. The batteries were held in with tape. Wi-Fi is very slow and not secure. Towels are small and cheap. Pools and hot tubs are nice and access to beach is good and easy. It worked for us. I just expected everything to work and be a little nicer.

Crystal Towers exceeded expectations

Reservations, communications, and transactions went very smoothly. The keyless entry was very handy. Unit was clean and in excellent order. Decor and furnishings were also excellent. Outside recreation areas were well maintained and clean with plenty of available seating in the pool areas. The walkway over to the beach was a definite plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely consider these accommodations again when returning to the area.
