This unit is on the 5th floor of the Legacy complex. This is a low density complex with only 23 units! Legacy 503 is a west corner unit that offers great views in all directions! This complex is direct Gulf front and this unit has a breathtaking direct Gulf/beach view!
We offer extended stay discounts in November, December, January and February. Discounts start on reservations that are 14 nights and even a larger discount is offered on reservations that are 28 nights or more. If the dates you select qualify for a discount, the discount will automatically apply once you have entered your dates.
Legacy offers an outdoor seasonally heated pool and direct beach access! This complex is only 1.5 miles from the Hangout so it is in a great location near several restaurants and souvenir shops.
Unit 503 is 3BR/3BA, 1,350 square foot unit and offers:
The living room has a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, flat screen TV, 2 end tables, coffee table and an unbelievable direct Gulf view! The massive balcony has an opening from the living room with a perfect view of a sunset.
The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink, and plenty of counter space to accommodate your needs! We have all the kitchen utensils, so all you'll need is food and your hungry family! We also have a dining table for six to sit and enjoy.
The master suite offers a king bed, dresser, nightstand, TV and a private full bath that has a large soaker tub, walk in shower, 2 vanities and master closet.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser TV and nightstand. It also has a private full bath that has a tub/shower combo.
The 3rd bedroom offers queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, and closet.
There is a 3rd full bathroom as well.
This unit has tiled floors through out and a full size washer and dryer.
Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.
Please Note:
1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the unit balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the complex
3. parties or gatherings will not be allowed.
1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.
Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
I have several units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.
This unit is operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals! Terrys Vacation rentals focuses on offering 5 star properties for family vacations! We enjoy hosting families while they are on vacation making memories that will last a lifetime! Terrys vacation rentals operates several units in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.
2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.
3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.
4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!
