This place was great. Great location, great amenities, and my family had an great time. Wish there was more information about other amenities offered. All in all great place and view was amazing. Super quiet and enough room for family.

The check in was made very easy through the property management team at Beach Ball vacations. They were very good with communications. They were also helpful with texting other recommendations ahead of time as well.The property and unit are obviously not one of the newest properties, but well maintained. The location is awesome, easy in and out. The unit kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and they made good use of the available space. The bed was average, but not uncomfortable.The views from the balcony are what we travel for. We have visited Orange Beach several times for vacation. We have stayed at this property previously in a different unit and have enjoyed our stays. The only real downside on this particular trip was the balcony furniture. It was in disrepair and needs to be replaced. We were able to enjoy our balcony time and had the best dinner seats around. There is no lack of great shrimp boil, pizza or anything else that cannot be served on the balcony with such great views.

Perfect place!!

This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Every part of this place was perfect for our family, super clean, and enjoyable. Amazing balconies, pool areas, and all around great place.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view was great and check-in went smoothly. We loved the kid area with the splash pad for our two year old. The pool area and access to the beach was very convenient. Definitely will be back in our future!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time staying here for the week. The ability to walk to the beach multiple times a day and have access to a pool and splash pad met the expectations of all my kids ranging from 3 to 15. The condo was spacious and clean, we enjoyed having the use of a full kitchen.

Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I had such a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The building was quiet and we did not hear noise from other rooms or floors. Balcony views were amazing and the ease in and out of the property was so simple. Pool was long and had a separate area for kids which was nice for our adult only time. No complaints, only compliments on the entire experience.

Great for a short stay!

Have your room number ready for the check in desk because they will not check you in until you have it, and they will not look it up for you. A few updates are needed and a new shower liner is needed. This was a perfect view and location for us. Great for a 3 day weekend stay. Kids loved it, and my husband and I enjoyed it as well.

The property is what I would expect from a rental. We were short on towels and washcloths when we arrived, but had enough to get by until more could be delivered the next day. My daughter loved the daybed in the living room. We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V.

Cute Condo

We booked a last-minute getaway for a few days in Orange Beach, having never been there before. We thought the location was great and the views from the balcony were beautiful! My kids loved the pool and splash pad too. The unit was cute and the rental company was quick to address a cleaning issue. The bed was a bit hard, but overall had a nice stay!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Having 2 special needs grandchildren makes it difficult to get out much. The condo was perfect for us. There wasn't a lot of decor sitting around at their level that we had to be concerned about getting broken. Thank you for a fantastic vacation ❤️

This condo has a great view and is a good location. Everything in the unit functions however it is in the true sense “a rental”. It is very family friendly complex with plenty to do for kids of all ages. The rental company responded to any of our issues.
