Great little spot!

Nice House

There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The little pool was a nice plus. Being dog friendly was great as well.

Another Perfect Stay

This was our 2nd year to stay at this house and it was just as good as last years stay! Everything was well stocked and clean, and we love the convenience of getting to the beach—very short distance to walk. We also enjoyed the pool. Thanks for another great stay!

2nd annual Trobo family vacation

The property is in a great location with the pool. The little ones loved it. The dishwasher was supposed to be repaired but wasn't. But everything else was great.

Wonderful Mother’s Day

Spent Mother’s Day weekend at this cabin. We had a great time. The cabin was very clean and well maintained and had pretty much everything we needed. There were plenty of bath towels for everyone unlike other places we’ve stayed. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and just across the street was a sandbar on the beach for my granddaughter to swim and play. We even went crabbing on the pier in the lagoon and caught blue crabs (and threw them back). Hated to see the weekend end!

Family Vacation

House was nice plenty of room for everyone. Had ant problem had to go buy ant traps to keep them out of our food. Kitchen had plenty of stuff for cooking and eating. Pool did not get fixed until our last day at the property. Loved the big towels, wish they would have a hair dryer on property. You go to any hotel and they have hair dryers. Glad the property had washer and dryer. Overall the property meet our expectation.

Good not great

Location was nice and quiet. It was nice to go fishing in the little community pier in the mornings and evenings. The walk to the beach was longer than expected, based on what the listing stated, especially when hauling little ones. The house could definitely use some updates in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and furniture in living area. The air conditioning in the lower master bedroom does not work well. The room gets very hot. We enjoyed the pool. The house was cleaned but not spotless. Overall the house was good not great.

Late vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I were the only two staying at Beach Breeze but we had a wonderful time. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and pool. The beach is just a short walk across the street. It was great to be able to sit out on the back porch and watch the moon over the ocean at night. The house is also located very close to shopping, eating and fun things to do for the whole family. We will definitely be back.

Plenty of room, close to beach, nice deck.

Note : blender didn’t work..we had to buy one. Two large unsightly spots on lvg room rug. Otherwise nice stay. Beds comfy and lots of kitchen supplies. Thermostats didn’t read right. It got too cold at night. Had to turn off downstairs one. Overall all 9 of us had a great time! Especially with easy across the street beach! ❤️❤️

Gulf Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house does need some work. We did not call maintenance so we would not tie up any vacation time. The downfalls were not anything we could not live with and minor. We wish the pool was heated which would not be expensive since it is small. We enjoyed many activities including Shrimp Fest.

The issue we had was my wife called and emailed twice about the tv in the 4th bedroom not working and the pool light not working and we never did see or hear from anyone so the issue remained unresolved. Beside that, I would definitely come back

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was a good one. My family and I rented the house for 5 nights. The house overall is nice and spacious and in a great location. You just have to walk across the street to access the beach. The private pool is a nice add-on and the kids loved it. The house could use some minor repairs to it. In comparison to the other homes around it if the owners just did some minor touch ups to it, it would really stand out.

Will be back next year, but not staying here.

The pool was great and a must for the little ones. Enjoyed space under the house for eating and relaxing near the pool. Very disappointed in the house overall. Long overdue for update. Furniture and beds uncomfortable. Blinds did not fully cover the windows. The carpet is very worn and should be replaced with tile. The broom and dust pan provided for use summed up the house. Wondering if the management has done a walk through recently. Have been coming to Gulf Shores for more than 40 years. Will be back next year… but will stay elsewhere.

Beach house needing TLC

The location was great. The house needed alot of attention, steps are dangerous leading into the home, mold and ants under sink, tvs and cable boxes did not work properly, pool was not maintenaned during our stay except for one time and I personally added water to it. To use the grill everyone would have needed a tetanus shot, was unusable. And grounds had left over dog feces and cigarette butts all over the yard. We have been coming to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and this had to be the worst rental yet..very disappointed for the money we spent.

it was okay

The management company said there was beach access directly across the street. No. There are private properties directly across the street. No trespassing, no beach access. We had to replace a battery in the fire alarm because it was not working, the refrigerator leaks, patched holes in the walls, broken cabinets. The house was tidy, kitchen moderately equipped, LOVED that we could bring our furry family, thank you! The house is a bit rough around the edges and the mgt. company needs a lot of work.

Breeze rental

Property appeared clean at first glance which is why I rated it a 4 on first text right after arrival, upon further inspection the refigerator and freezer were dirty, dust on top of microwave, it was apparent items are not moved and cleaned under. Dishwasher missing wheels on rack. Furniture is very dated and uncomfortable including beds. Front stairs are dangerously in need of replacement also with some broken railing. Ant infestations in upper level bathroom and some roaches noted in kitchen area.Beach access was not as described in rental info. In spite of this, we enjoyed our stay and the pool. Would rent again if necessary changes were made.

Christmas Getaway

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in need of a lot of maintenance . Slider going out to deck was extremely hard to slide open. Had to be careful not to get a splinter from wood on deck. Ceiling fan was is dire need of a good dusting. Oven was dirty. Master bed not very comfortable. No comfortable chairs in living room to sit in. Trash in yard. When charged $175.00 cleaning fee, one would expect home to be clean. Basically home needs a lot of TLC. Even with bad weather and all above, we did enjoy our family vacation.
