Great property and location!

Dune Just Fine is a great property with great location. It had every amenity needed including two comfortable decks for enjoying coffee and conversation, games, kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. Great corner location right off 182 with easy access and convenient location to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous 4th of July week

Dune Just Fine was a great place for our yearly family vacation. Great location to the beach, really clean, well stocked kitchen and seats for everyone at dinner time. Love having an outdoor shower and nice porches!!!

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we booked, the communication and responsiveness was amazing. When we got to the house everything was exactly as it was in the pictures. The hosts thought of every detail. I can not recommend this property and these hosts enough.

Great House for Families

Beautiful house - one of the cleanest short-term rentals we've ever stayed at. The description and pics are right on. An easy walk to the beach, which was great because that's all the kids wanted to do! The house had a great kitchen, lots of screens and games for when you come back from the beach, or the occasional brief rain shower! Great location. The owners were incredible and very communicative. They let us know of a Wi-Fi issue before we were even aware of it, and it was quickly fixed. They responded quickly to any questions we had. In the future, I'd stay there again or any of their properties without question.

Highly Recommend!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! This home was spacious for a family of 10, absolutely beautiful, and provided all the amenities we could possibly need and more! It was an easy walk to the beach and lagoon and away from the heavily trafficked areas of Gulf Shores yet close enough to drive into town for some great seafood and sweet treats at any time! I highly recommend this property as well as the owners who are phenomenal to work with!

Perfect Gem

We brought out kids and my in laws and had an amazing weekend in Gulf Shores. Starting with amazing weather and the perfect accommodations. Amy has done a fantastic job with this home. Not only is her service and communication five stars the home itself is a gem. The beds are so comfy and the views from the front deck to the ocean are amazing! The check in was so easy and the amenities provided really were so thoughtful (such as toilet paper, laundry supplies, dishwasher tabs and liquid, spices, coffee, board games, fire pit, beach gear, etc). Having our own place away from the crowds was just what we needed! I would highly suggest staying here!

Almost perfect

Could not have asked for a better set of host. The house is amazing and the layout is great. Just wish they took just a few extra steps in making sure everything is cleaned. Blinds were dusty the base boards the same. Not to say they were not done. But the counter top in the kitchen was as well. Maybe it was the order it was cleaned. Vacuum fist wipe everything down after. Other than that this place is amazing .

First time to Gulf Shores

The house was nice. Fully setup. Good communication and quick replies from Joe, which was helpful. We had plenty of room but with 6 of us there it seemed we were constantly washing towels. I finally contacted Joe and let him know. He said he would send the housekeeper over with more towels for us. He sent them pretty quickly which was nice and helpful. We also needed something else and Joe sent it over right away. Very responsive! The only complaint I have and all of my family had was the beach walk was not easy! It’s close - right across the street- but once you get to the beach the sand is thick and it’s even hard to pull the beach wagons on the sand. And when you have to take all of your stuff over it’s hard. So be prepared for that part. The beach was beautiful where you set up though. It’s a nice area. For shopping purposes go to Walmart which is not far from the house. It was a nice house.

Beautiful beach home, perfect for foodies

Our families really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. If you like to cook, you’ll find just about anything you could want. If you like the beach or kayaking, they have you covered. The balconies are beautiful and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay.

Amazing family getaway

This beach home was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and more! I wish we were staying longer to be able to take advantage of it all (especially the fishing pier nearby). The kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening while my kids played corn hole. Amy was a great host and I loved that she provided beach chairs and boogie boards so I didn't have to pack those. We'll be back for a week long trip to be able to take advantage of everything offered in this house.

Can't wait to come back! We had a perfect weekend getaway!

We are frequent travelers and have rented many many homes and I can honestly say this one is even better than advertised. The hosts were great at communicating, the house was very very clean and most importantly, we got a great night's sleep! We traveled with our teenage sons and they loved the kayaks that were provided and I happily used one of the many beach chairs to unwind while reading my book with my toes in the sand. Oh and they had life vests we used. It was so convenient not to have to buy some or bring them with us! My husband loved coffee in the morning without ever leaving our bedroom. One of our favorite features was the fire-pit. We sat around and enjoyed each-other's company and made for a great end to our day. We cooked a few meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall this was such a great trip for us and we can't wait to return!!!
