Festival Weekend

We stayed here for Sand in my Boots festival. Was an easy walk to the venue. Condo was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the Gulf!

Great place and a nice location!

We had a blast at the Grand Beach Resort. It’s an older building and facility, but the condo was updated and suited our family perfectly. We loved the location, with easy access to the beach and plenty of space to set up “camp” once we got there. The kids loved having the pool right there as well. The condo doesn’t have much for a starter kit of the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry essentials, etc.) and only had four towels to use. So, be prepared to provide your own necessities. There is sand everywhere in the room, but once you experience the sand in Gulf Shores, you’ll understand why! :) There is no keeping that stuff out of anything! We would absolutely stay here again!!

The condo was clean and well supplied. Just across highway from the beach so my wife was extremely happy. Everything in condo worked properly. Just a couple of things to note that did not affect our stay but might cause future issues. Filter on a/c hasn’t been changed since August 2024. TV in living room has a bright spot in screen near right side. Elevators are hot and stuffy during heat of day.
