Great Ocean Views from 6 floors up at GS Plantation Unit 5514 in the Dunes Bldg

Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo (unit 5514) on the Sugar White Beach at Gulf Shores Plantation in Ft. Morgan. This family affordable vacation resort is gated with thousands of feet of private sugar white beach frontage. Granite Slab Counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen - Dining area has a table that seats 6-8, plus 3 Bar Stools at the Bar. Feel Free to call the new owner with any questions.

This Gulf Shores Vacation Condo has a split 2bdrm/2bth floor plan that is totally updated for your comfort and enjoyment. Updates include a new leather sleeper sofa, leather swivel/rocker/recliner; dining table with two Italian-designer chairs and two wooden benches with leather tufted cushions. The unit is appointed with art from local artists for a cool, beachy feel. The large master bedroom features a new King Size bed with great Gulf Views, master bathroom, and private balcony access.The guest bedroom has one twin bed and a full size bed, its own full bath. If you are accommodating more than four guests, linens are available for the sleeper sofa in the living room. The main access to the balcony is off the living area where, you’ll find gorgeous Gulf views and is the perfect spot to watch a spectacular coastal sunset. The Condo has TV's in the living area and both bedrooms along with. Cable TV and Internet Access are provided. On the property, there are seven pools (including one indoor saltwater pool, one outdoor saltwater pool, and one kiddie pool), new indoor 11x12 ft saltwater water hot tub, outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed from May 15 - September 15), dry heat saunas, exercise room, Pickle ball courts, putting green, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and swap library. BBQ Grills are located throughout the property. Beach access is just steps from the condo elevator.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
Newly opened Sassy Bass Island Grill & Bar is located in the building with Ocean views while dining. Kiva Dunes Golf Resort is located in this Resort Area (walking distance to Golf and Dining).
Please note that the Resort charges a $35.00 fee for a parking pass for the duration of your stay. After booking I will send out info on how to pre-pay for the parking pass on a website with additional information.

Great Resort Experience

The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make meals daily. The resort was also great. There were families everywhere; definitely a great place for kids! Sassy Bass drinks were wonderful, and the pools were all amazing. I was surprised with how clean everything was inside and outside.Anthony was on top of everything and always responded very quickly. It’s easy to feel relaxed with this condo. Close to shops and fun things to do if you wanted to get out. We are definitely talking about booking this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores. The weather wasn't ideal, but we still had a great time. The condo was nice, clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Anthony was very helpful and provided a lot of detail about the area which was appreciated.

The actual condo itself was good. No complaints. Only thing is, do not turn what you would think is a dead bolt on the inside of front door, it will unlock the door. 😉 Anthony was amazing and very quick to reply if needed. I will stay here again.

The owner provided wonderful insight for the property and the area prior to arriving, he was also very responsive to any questions. The beach access was great, it was so close making it easy and saving us time. Not much is open late for food.

The Best Stay!

Staying at Anthony's condo was great! The condo was clean had plenty of room for our family of five. He had everything we needed in the kitchen and responded promptly to any questions! He even allowed us to stay an extra night, short notice! The amenities at Gulf Shores Plantation are fantastic. So many activities!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!!

Great Place!

Little bit of prep work before check-in, but no big deal. Would 100% stay there again. Place was fantastic - gulf view from couch. balcony was very nice. Owner was beyond fast as far as responsiveness (and niceness)! Totally deserved 5 stars.

Excellent stay for our first trip to Ft Morgan

Enjoyed our stay and found the property to be clean, well-maintained, well accommodated, and convenient to the beach, on-site amenities, and local attractions. Anthony communicated well with us before and during our trip as needed. We appreciated the tips for shopping as well as local eats. Great first Gulf Shores Experience

The property was lovely. Anthony sent great information about the area and check in was seamless. The pictures could be updated a little as they aren’t completely accurate but overall great stay. Property is about 25 minutes from the main area of town, which is the only “negative”. Kept the experience quiet and relaxing though!

Great great place for families!

Anthony was wonderful- and the place was exactly as described. Easy walk to the beach, good views to pool to keep an eye on older kids down there, it was exactly what we wanted for our stay! Highly recommend this property.

Our End of Year Getaway

Love to get away every year At the end of school to relax and kickstart the summer. This was a great way to do it. We stay at this resort every year, just at a different location. This location Exceeded all others with the main reason being the owner of property. He went out of his way to ensure we were having a pleasant experience. Checking in on us and giving us tons of information to help us throughout our stay. The view from our condo was fabulous. And the kitchen was perfect. If there were any suggestions, and that’s a big if, maybe rugs in all the rooms would give more of a home like feel, but honestly this was a great stay.
