Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

There was always a quick response time to all questions before and during the trip. This new house was beautiful, well equipped with nice amenities. We loved the location and having a true four bedroom/4 full bathroom house to accommodate all eight adults. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the two floors were and the layout. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we stayed in was perfect for our group! Everything was clean and brand new, the beds were comfy, and it had all of the things we needed. Super nice!

Would definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was Amazing!! We had everything we needed, and the location is so conveniently located. Not to mention a beautifully appointed space! We dreaded leaving and would definitely go back. Check in and out was such a breeze and the parking was excellent!

Not my favorite.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. However the house had 4 bedrooms and not one of them had a king size bed. ( I personally don’t remember reading that in the description) but I’m sure it’s been updated by now. The pool is extremely tiny. This place is more for an adult getaway. It not very kid inviting. Also the communication is AWFUL! They don’t answer the phone. They only communicate through text. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never stay at this property again. It wasn’t worth the cost. Also be sure to read the cancellation policy. Refunds are only acceptable due to a storm that makes you evacuate unless you cancel within 30 days.
