Excellent space. Very large kitchen, with all you need. This home boasts of 4 master bedrooms, a great media, game room. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast is only a three minute walk from the house. You have a designated walking area to the crosswalk with a flashing light to make crossing the street quick and safe. This beach access has a foot washing station with a shower and a bathroom at the beginning of the board walk. There is a lifeguard located at the end of the board walk to keep you safe while you enjoy the beautiful gulf waters. Let me take you through the house! There is an elevator for easy accessibility, and the ride up to the first floor will put you right out in the game room, YES, GAME ROOM, complete with pool table, and many other games for all to enjoy. This first floor also has the massive, amazingly stocked kitchen, stocked with items you may not even have at home! Media room is also next door to the game room, and this will definitely be a guest favorite. The dining room has 2 large tables for family sit down meals, coffee bar, and barstools to have some gather around the island. The living room is spacious with amazing balcony space and steps that go straight down to the private pool equipped with lounge chairs, and beach towels, please leave, when you leave so others can enjoy those as well.
