Perfect location! Love being that close to the beach. Was even comfortable enough to let my kids stay on the beach while I ran to the house to grab something. We absolutely loved all the games that were set up on the bottom floor and with all the beach toys and chairs there for us to use.

We all loved the location and home. We walked off the balcony onto the beach. The beds were comfortable and all appliances worked well. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We look forward to returning in a few years.

The house, beach, and location were perfect for our family vacation! They house came fully stocked with all of the games and beach supplies we could need and the layout of the home was ideal for our group. Overall amazing experience! We will definitely be booking again!

This property was 5 stars! Great place for a large amount of people and terrific amenities to keep everyone busy at the beach. Loved the kayak and paddle board with all the other beach toys. Bedrooms were perfect and was nice having two kitchens.

Best Beach Location Ever

Property worked great for our group of twelve, including three children. We have stayed at many homes and condos in this area, and we all agreed that this was the best beach location of all. So private and peaceful. The many amenities that were included with this property were wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group! It's completely furnished to cover your needs once you've hit the grocery store and is as comfortable as the photos.The communication with the property manager/owner throughout was wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house.The views are fabulous from the deck and the beach is just steps away. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect beachhouse for our large family!

Our family of 16 stayed at Take Me Awave the first week of June. We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for all. We loved the "private" beach area - no crowds to worry about. The 2 back decks/porches were a plus. We sat outside from sun up to sun down. Great location. Plenty of bedding and towels provided. Loved the coffee bar!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 12 adults, with room for more. Location is far enough from Gulf Shores making it a peaceful getaway, but still had plenty to do around the area. The house is well furnished, as described. The beach accessories, games, and equipment are a great feature. Owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful when a storm caused an internet outage.

High School 40th Class Reunion

We had an amazing vacation spending time with our friends and their spouses. Take Me A Wave was a perfect place for them to visit, eat, play games, and spend time on the beach enjoying each others company. The location was on a beautiful nice quite beach that had the best fishing, lol. The host was in touch with us making sure our stay was a successful trip :)

Four Generation Family Reunion

Sixteen adults, ages 21 to 81, and a baby enjoyed this great house for a week. Weather wasnt perfect so we made use of inside games, arcade, and game area underneath the house quite a bit. We also made use of both kitchens extensively since we prepared and ate most of our meals together. We enjoyed a nearly private beach to spread out and fish. It was a great property, host, and experience for our group.

Great Young Adult Trip!

Nice Beach House on a very private beach! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere this house provides. We appreciated the 2 well equipped kitchens. Our group (20-25 yr old) really enjoyed the beach chairs and games provided. We had 18 adults and the home provided space for everyone. We loved playing all the board games in the living room provided. Owners were quick to communicate if we had questions. Thanks for a great week!

Awesome Trip, Awesome House

We had an amazing time at Take Me Awave! Our entire family of 15, (8 kids ages 14-20, and 7 adults, my siblings spouses and our mom) had an amazing time. The beach ware, chairs, paddle board, kayak, etc were amazing, we also left a couple fishing poles for future vacationers! The best part for us was the short stroll to the waterfront where we set up everyday for the week. Great spot well equipped for all, and we will be back! Thank you!

Beautiful, modern, well equipped

100% going to stay here again. The host is informative and easy to contact. The property is well kept and clean. It is beautifully decorated. Every room has a sound machine and extra blankets. We had 9 adults. Everyone found the mattresses very comfortable. 2 separate fully equipped kitchens was a game changer for people who love to cook a lot. The extra fridge space meant we could store drinks inside one fridge and food in the other. We had a minor issue with the Roku televisions when we first checked in. I messaged the owner and had a reply/resolution in minutes.

Staying at the beach house in Fort Morgan was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, the serenity of the location captivated us. This day was absolutely amazing and so much fun. The house had everything and was so nicely divided to where kids could stay on one side of the house and adults can stay on the other and not have to worry about making too much noise. We will be back.

We had a great stay at this beach house. The location is unbeatable—right on the ocean with a beautiful, secluded view and easy access to a quiet, uncrowded beach.
