Beautiful Home and location!

Great house with lots of space. You have to rent the golf cart but it's worth it. It's a nice 6 seater so you don't have to make many trips to the pool. All the stuff you need is in the house and they also have stuff for the beach in the garage (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). Loved our stay and we will be back!

We called three times about internet. Never resolved or anyone to show up. Beachball Properties was not responsive. Sad to say this was our Christmas vacation. Would not ever stay with a Beachball property again.

Perfect for family

This was our 2nd stay at the Martinique. This house had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house was beautiful and better than the pictures. The golf cart was very helpful. There’s a usage fee but worth it. The back porch is peaceful, especially in the morning. Beaches are not overly crowded. Some of the lights did not work. We changed one ourselves & let management know. The loft bedroom was perfect for the 4boys. It has an additional cooling unit up there. Could use a blender. Please note you can only park 2 vehicles on site! Would definitely stay here again.
