They must be pre-purchased through https://sites.google.com/rccgulfshores.com/home/rccparking Pre-registration and parking passes are unique to each guest's vehicle and are required. The guard, at the guard house will request a printed registration and parking pass receipt. There will be a maximum of two parking passes for the property and pre-registration must match the occupancy of the property. Charges are $25 to $60 based on length of stay. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
