Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full sized). The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required. Enjoy views of the lagoon from the front deck.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
*Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
*Charcoal grill (one per unit).
*Wi-Fi and Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
* A “supply starter pack” including one laundry soap, one dishwasher tab, small dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen trash bag, starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, and mini bath soaps. Guest should plan to bring extras depending on length of stay.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Wonderful vacation!!

Fantastic property!! Close enough to everything that it is just a short drive away but far enough away that it is calm and quiet. Property was very clean and well maintained. Would 100% stay at this location again and again. The walk to the beach is very short and simple so don’t let it not being on the beach stop you from staying here.

Our hostess kept in constant communication on an issue that needed resolved somewhat quickly. Fortunately we arrived on a Thursday, so Friday we were able to get things resolved making the upper bedroom in top shape for future guests!

Family fall trip

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Short easy walk to the beach. Owner very prompt and responsive. There is a tv in the multiple bed bedroom, living room and upstairs room. No door or privacy in upstairs room. Only thing was the pots and pans weren’t the best and the grill outside is small. Be fine for a couple that was to use it but a family with several people was challenging. Over all great place to stay and have already talked about coming back

Great little house for the rate.

House does get warm. There is no ceiling fans in any of the rooms or living room. Bring a fan. Only two TV’s in the house. All in all great property for the rate.

Clean! A little dated but that’s ok. Not enough bowls for storing food. Could use a larger pot as well. Biggest issue was the AC couldn’t keep up. so the upstairs portion is warm. Would stay again based on the cleanliness alone.

Excellent spot for a family getaway.

This was an awesome spot to bring the kids. Once at the house there is hardly any reason to get back into the vehicle. Everything you need is within a nice walk or quick bike ride around the corner!
