50th Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed everything at San Carlos 303 in Gulf Shores, and it’s location made it easy for evening outings. This week was the first time in Gulf Shores was at a slower pace, very enjoyable and relaxing! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place!

On the beach… great view. Easy access to the beach. Central location. Readily available management. Comfortable beds. Small things… bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and bring your throws for the couch…

Beautiful Condo in the perfect location

Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony and through the double sliding glass doors when you’re sitting inside. The condo had everything we needed to make family meals. The condo was nice and quiet with private accommodations for each guest. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a bonus giving everyone their own to get ready. Love the location! Definitely check out the Hangout Restaurant on the weekends, great bands and fun! We would highly recommend! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Everything in your unit was in working order..Very nice..Only complaint was not enough lamps in living room. Had to read with overhead light on which my daughter did not like..but she survived..

Ladies Beach Trip

The condo was beautiful and all the girls loved the place and we will more that likely stay there again. The only complaint that we have is that the refrigerator did not cool our drinks. We turned the temperature to the coldest setting and they still did not get cold. Something you may want to look into. Also the cold water side of the kitchen sink was hard to find a place where the faucet did not leak, it did not have a stopping point like the hot water side we were surprised the cleaning crew has not mentioned this to maintenance. Other than that everything was perfect. It will go in our folder as one of our favorite places to stay.

Senior citizens

Senior citizens are accustomed to tall commodes and the ones we have experienced in San Carlos and 303, are short. The master shower is not safe. The floor is slippery and no grab bars. Those big jacuzzis are useless. The stove and sink in kitchen are subpar. Living Room furniture is uncomfortable and should have seating for 6. Furnishings beginning to look tired. We liked the patio furniture. No instructions for tv - we have never personally subscribed to direct-tv.

Lovely location and lots of room.

First I would like to say this is a very lovely condo with plenty of room. There were 6 of us ladies and we all had the space we needed to have a great time. I would suggest another chair or two on the balcony, no one used the lounger out there but we had to rotate who got to sit at the table. It is in a great location to walk to restaurants and shopping. Overall it is very nice and comfortable. I would suggest you upgrade the faucet in the kitchen it is outdated and it dripped all the time. In the master bathroom the toilet paper holder is mounted right next to the commode so that it hits your leg when you are sitting... simple fix would be to move it about a foot toward the door. I would also suggest a handheld showerhead in the master the one there is too small. Other than that it really is a great Condo and the check in/out process is simple. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Lovely beach vacation

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Location was great! The beach to either side of the condominium was really crowded, but the area in front of the building was quiet and we had plenty of space!

Quick Getaway

We went to Gulf Shores for a family event. The condo was clean, the listing was accurate and it was a convenient walk to restaurants and the main beach. Would definitely stay here again.
