Wonderful condo

Our stay in this condo was very pleasant. Everything we needed was there with the exception of our personal items and food. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the air conditioner kept it cold, and the location was just right. There is nothing to complain about. We stayed a week. The view of the ocean was awesome off the balcony, and the sunsets on the bay were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved our condo! The check-in was so easy and they called me closer to closing time to make sure I was coming and helped me with a late check in. I wasn’t aware that I needed to call and let them know and that phone call saved us. Anytime I had any questions leading up to our vacation and I had to call I received help and they were extremely nice. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. It wasn’t right on the beach but it was still perfect. Our kids loved it and we cannot wait to come back for a visit.

Cottage too many steps for my mother , they change us at the last minute

Didn’t get to stay where we booked , like the cottage to many steps, mother has knee problems , we wanted where we booked and did not get it they called the morning we left and changed where we stayed didn’t have a choice

Good stay, great location!

Very comfortable beds and great views and location. Not as clean as I would have hoped for. We arrived at 5 with the cleaners still in there. I knew they felt rushed but we’re an hr late already. Your expected to wash and dry dishes before you leave and they don’t provide dish soap. Only for the dishwasher. I could tell people We’re hand washing dishes and putting them away still dirty. So I had to wash every dish before use. The kitchen countertops weren’t cleaned only wiped with food still on them. Not a big deal if there was soap to clean them yourself. Needs a deep clean. I guess bring some soap. Other than that, Great view and nice Patio furniture.

It's about the little things

Condo was nice but hairs on my master room pillows! No dish sponge or dish soap just dishwasher. No coffee filters so make sure to bring your own. Icemaker did not work and guess bathroom toilet handle fell off. Back balcony was dirty and balcony table was very dirty. They didn't send me the Check-in code until 4:36pm but made sure I was out at 10am sharp! That was a little disappointing. Again, nothing that would create a bad experience but jus a lot of little things that added up. My family takes at least 3 homeaway vacations every year and when they charge a premium the little things should not be overlooked.

Great location and views.

This property was as described in the posting. We were one block from beach access, and was out of the major traffic areas but still close to everything. The balcony from the living area gave us a great view of the gulf. And the layout of the living space was great, open and not cluttered. The condo was decorated in a nice beach theme, and very comfortable. The only downside was that it could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Given the situation with Covid, I expected the kitchen to be wiped down pretty throughly but it was not. I spent a good amount of time re-sanitizing the cabinets and counter. But overall this was a great place to stay for our 1st experience with VRBO.

Slightly disappointed

I called ahead of time to inquire about beach chair rentals and was assured that there was a rental company on the beach, which wasn't true. Our condo was dirty; mold on the shower curtain lining and on the wall in one of the bedrooms, visible dirt under the couch and chair in main living area, and dirty dishes in the cabinet. We had a broken chair (to the point that it couldn't be used) which was removed during our stay but never replaced. I feel like the rental company didn't show much concern and I just hope that they relay the information to the owner, most of our issues were minor but mold can be serious!

Was a great place , had awesome views of the ocean and bay, short walk across the street to the beach, only flaws was the tub in master bathroom, the stopper was broke an the shower was stuck on so you couldn’t take a bath but other that that it was really nice, enjoyed our stay
