Pleasant stay

Property was just as described. Close to everything while far enough to be out from busy lights. Communication check in/check out seamless. Everything was clean and functioning as needed everything needed for the stay pots pans silverware enough for stay. Could be updated but no problems what so ever all questions quickly answered. Would definitely recommend for any beach stay.

Great place!

This was a quick add-on to our trip and so glad we did! While it is not ON the beach, the public access point is right across the street and very convenient. Pros: -Great use of space - just the right pots, pans, utensils that we needed, even though the kitchen was not huge -Great view of the ocean from the balcony -While not on the beach, access is super close -Kids loved the pool -Nice sized balcony for a 1 BR -Clean and nicely decorated -Easy to figure out the tv (sometimes this is a problem for us) :) Cons: -You do have to cross the street to get to the ocean -Street noise, can't hear the ocean from your balcony -None of bedrooms have views towards the ocean -Bunkbeds are tucked away in the hallway, which was not an issue for our 8 and 10 year old, but just so you know All in all, the cons were not enough to deter us, we would definitely stay here again for a couple nights.

Place was not clean, no way to contact anyone, broken toaster, no replacement, left early do to noise from above and no help for problems. Would not recommend this service to anyonw!!

Enjoyable stay

Small unit but comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small also with little space for toiletries. But unit is very clean, well supplied. Would not suggest this unit for more than 2 people .We would rent here again.

Great condo for a family beach vacation

This condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. Everything we needed (dishes, kitchen towels, etc.) was provided, and instructions were clear. Having a washer and dryer was handy, too. Beds were comfortable, and the location (not right on the main strip, short walk to the beach) was perfect. Five stars!

Complex the condo is in is horrible

The condo itself was small but great. It’s the staff who managed the entire complex that was the issue. We had about 6 of us, all adults outside talking in the parking lot. The man came and told us we had to go inside at 11p. We were not being loud at all! All adults! In the parking lot not bothering anyone or doing anything wrong. Will never stay there again.

Great location, the online pictures were current, and everyone slept well. The condo was staged perfectly. Other than the hot tub jets, by the pool, being out of order we didn't have any complaints.

First Visit to Gulf Shores

Great location with view & close beach access. Condo was very clean, well stocked & "beach decorated". It was perfect for 2 people. Advertised to Sleep 6, but very small, tiny bathroom vanity & little space for suitcases. Reasonably priced. You'll need a car, but parking lot worked well for us!

Great location, competitive price, super nice security guard and owners who helped and let us know where everything was. You can walk across and be on the beach in less than 2 minutes so it is worth saving money on "beach front" property!

Family vacay

We loved the condo! It is decorated so cute and feels very ‘homey’. Our grandson really loved the bunk beds. Greatly located to a lot of different restaurants and activities. The walk is not bad over to the beach but the sand does give you a workout. Would definitely stay here again!!

5 days at the beach

Debated about leaving a review, mostly because I usually don’t do this, but since it can affect others I decided to do it. Condo is fantastic, all new appliances (mostly clean), location is outstanding, parking is easy (permit is by the phone), beach access across the street (be careful crossing the road, cars are flying!). Pool was clean. All in all fantastic. What did not work for my family is the fact that the condo smelled like cigarettes really bad, clearly the visitors before did not respect the signage. It was bad to the point that we did not use the bedroom at all (the worse)... we shut the door, I empty a can of lysol in the return vent unit and let the condo air out with the door open (we had two mornings with rain - Elsa-) Now, property management was informed on day one and they were very easy to work with and apologized etc..(i am still waiting for some type of refund as offered) they did send someone in to swop linens and sanitize, but as I expected it did not work at all. All in all I would definitely recommend for the location and nice people but it was a turn off and a hassle to me and my family (5) since wife and I slept on the, no so comfy, pull out couch and had everything we owned, clothes, bags, towels etc.. stinking like cigarettes.

This was a very comfortable, quiet place to stay. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. All the necessities were provided and the direct access to the beach was great! I wish you didn't have to pay for parking, and the condo was undergoing renovation, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

Great quiet family vacation spot

I loved it here. Pictures don’t make justice for this place. Confusion on the parking pass. It’s in the binder next to the phone. Good thing I only came in one car. Very spacious
