Family vacation

Property was great. Communication was always prompt. Was nice to have access to golf cart, wagon and beach chairs. Area was quiet with access to pool and beach.

Gulf Shores

The house, as advertised, is accessible to a lovely beach. While it accommodated our group of 14, the property fell short in many ways from the advertised description. The home was not well cleaned when we arrived—hair and lint in drawers, a dried out contact lens stuck to the bathroom sink, and ants crawling on the nightstand in one bedroom. One of the mattresses was badly stained and another bed was made up with sheets that had a large rip down the middle. Some of the towels were very worn and, although we contacted the property manager and asked for more, they were reluctant to provide more than two kitchen towels. Interactions about these issues with the cleaning service were not pleasant or smooth. While the neighborhood was well maintained the pool was not heated, meaning that the water was far too cold for the toddlers in our group to spend much time in the water. For the cost of this property, more attention to details—including cleanliness and customer service— and some extra amenities would be expected.
