We stayed here for 6 nights, fantastic place, we enjoyed that it was away from all the hustle and bustle. We had 1 isdue with the power and they had someone out quickly. Would stay again

Cabin at the beach

It was nice leaving the beach and going to a secluded, wooded area. It was close enough to the beach yet a nice change of scenery from the commercialism.

Lovely Getaway

The house is very clean and looked even better than the photos. The check-in directions were easy to follow. The outdoor motion lights were a huge plus! Extra blankets would have been nice. There was one blanket in the master bedroom. All of the appliances worked well. There were plenty of clean towels. Our stay was an uneventful and we enjoyed getting to know someplace new.

It was okay

Rental was overall okay. The location of this property is nice and quite- close to the beaches and stores. The check in process was super easy! Plenty of parking and the yard was tidy. The overall cleanliness could have been better. There was a wasp flying around the kitchen and one of the towels was covered in bugs. Clothing items left under the bed from previous guests. The outlets in the master room were not working and the stove/oven was also broken. Lots of potential to be a great place.

Spring break

Our stay at this location was good. It seems like they are upgrading the interior and making positive changes. There was still blue paint tape up in areas. There is no WiFi and only 6 channels on the television. This made it hard for my daughter to do her college classes. We enjoyed being on the canal and it gave us easy access to the back water. Saw 3 dolphin which was amazing. A few times I asked questions of the company and was responded to quickly but slightly rudely. For example, I asked for check in information and was told that it was sent already rather than just send it again. Overall, the stay was good. I don’t foresee us staying at this location again though.

Very disappointed

I have used Luna several times but this has been the worst trip yet. The condo was absolutely nasty, panty liners stickers on the bed sheets, dirty bloody pet diaper stuffed in the couch. Sheets had toe nail clippings in one room, floors were nasty. They advertised a grill property had no grill(I bought one and left it) had issues with the free beach rental items. They couldn’t find me in the system didn’t receive items until Friday evening trips was almost over never even used them. The AC went out and had to sit in the heat( they did fix). Terrible property it is very obvious that they want this sold and are not interested in investing in the property for appropriate stay. Way too overpriced to deal with so many issues.

Underwhelmed

Over priced and too many fees for what the property offers. Very disappointed when they tried to charge us twice for pet fee. The property smelled from something in a closet. No extra trash bags. No WiFi but when we arrived the desktop computer was left open to Porn site. Unopened Amazon boxes everywhere. Wires and extension cords everywhere and over loaded. Kitchen can lights started blinking every evening by themselves Suggestions for owner/management company: Flashlights Dish soap for sink Hand soap Wine opener Oven mitts Sharper knives We understand this is supposed to be rustic but that doesn’t mean property should be primitive especially for the price and FEES.

Family stay

The location is excellent. We enjoyed the silence. The layout of the house was nice and spacious. The shower NEEDS more flow and pressure. The hot water never got really hot. Overall it was still a great experience.

So.Many.Roaches

This place is infested with roaches. The owners were already aware of this but said it was a problem they were working on. They sent a pest person over but the problem still was not resolved after our week stay. There were roaches crawling on our loafs of bread, on my babies cleaned bottles, and one even made its way inside my nieces retainer case! Had I known we most definitely would’ve stayed elsewhere. This property was also not cleaned well at all. There was dried soap or shampoo left behind running down the shower wall and hairs in the shower. This could be a very cute pleasant place to stay and has so much potential if they get rid of the roaches and hire better cleaners.

It was on a canal where we could leave our boat, which was great. But the grass was really really high. My 4 yr old nephew and 7 yr old son was fishing and the grass was almost as tall as them.

Roaches galore

The grass was knee deep. There was an infestation of roaches of which Luna said they was aware of. Should of never been rented out. The oven was broken. We rented a place like this to cook meals. We brought groceries to cook only to have a broke oven. Very disappointed in this rental.

Great place in the quiet

We were pleasantly happy with the place when we got there late. It was clean and in a quiet area away from a lot of tourists, but not too far from the excitement either. Dishwasher didn't work and not enough supplies like trash bags and dishwashing liquid. I didn't get all my information before hand but that was partly my fault. We made it work and had a great time. Overall, I would recommend staying there if you like quietness.

The booking and communication for this property was excellent. However, the owner was there when my family arrived at 5pm (one hour after check in). He said he had a few things to wipe up off the floor and he would be gone. My husband and I walked into a complete mess. No sheets were on one of the beds with a bag of clothes and suitcase on the floor. Empty beer and liquor bottles were in the bedroom and kitchen/dining room. Food was on the counters. Trash was on the floor, countertops, and on the table. Clean clothes were on the bed in one room. The area underneath the home was filled with random discarded items. I was sickened that we took a week off of work, drove two trucks, one pulling a waverunner and the other pulling a bay boat, to find we had NO place to stay. The property manager did try to find us another location. We then had to drive back home because she was unable to find something. If you plan on booking this property, I would ask that someone from the property management take photos a day or two before your arrival to confirm that the place is as listed in the property description. I did receive my full refund for the rental but my time is valuable and I feel it was wasted on this property.
