On the grounds of this complex you will find a nice charcoal grilling area with great places to sit and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal Canal. *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

This fee is not reflected in the total and is added after booking. Any damage to the property will be charged to your credit card separately. The pet fee does not cover damage.**
