Pearl was a truly amazing place. We expected, based on reviews, that it would be fantastic, but the pictures and reviews don't do it justice. It has absolutely everything we could ask for, and more! Loved the little kitchenettes/wet bars on each floor, and having washers and dryers on each level too! Loved loved loved our stay! Hope to be able to come back again some day.

We rented both sides of the Pearl so we would have 20 bedrooms for our really big family gathering for Labor Day. It was PERFECT. Lots of room for everyone, and plenty of space to spread out too when needed. We LOVED the pool and beach too. Thank you all so much for sharing your home with us! You have a truly beautiful place in a beautiful location!

Had a great time last year at Emerald (the 12 bedroom in Cottages at Romar) but needed more space so upgraded to the Pearl for our holiday trip this time around. Two sides of a home, each with 10 bedrooms. Each with huge kitchens and living rooms, and each with an elevator. So much space! And having the pool heated is great for our Christmas trip!

This is the second time that our family has rented the east and west side of The Pearl and it was amazing again. The home was spotless, beds and linens were very comfortable, pool crystal clear, supplies in the kitchen were wonderful in both the condition and the selection. We had ample room for our entire family. The communication with the maintenance company was easy and their response was immediate. I would highly recommend the Pearl to anyone especially a large group.

Your house was great. I have a large family six brothers and myself and we come from a farming background. We had a total of 41 people... a large family and we could not have picked a better house. The pool was a godsend as we have eight kids under the age of six and they tire of the beach pretty easily. Since our group was so large we cooked a lot and the house had everything we needed. The management company was great as one of the TVs was not working and they exchanged it immediately. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic time at Pearl. We had plenty of room in the 20 bedrooms across the two sides. Having the elevators was a big help, and we loved having TWO huge living rooms and kitchen areas by taking both sides. The pool was the best. We WILL be back. Thank you so much for having us!

Everything was Wonderful!! As you may or may not know, my daughter was getting married at the beach in front of your beautiful home and we needed a house that could hold the wedding party and family. We had some issues such as the air conditioning not working on the top floors of the house and the management team sent someone out, that night around midnight, and had it back in working order. I was totally impressed! So, my experience with the house and the management was Excellent! The thing that happen could have been MAJOR issues, but your management teams took care of them quickly and efficiently and I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding! Pearl was perfect for the wedding and reception. Strung lights and had white tableclothes on tables under the home. I can't relay how appreciative we are. Thank you so much! I will send you some pictures.

We rented Pearl for our high school tournament in Orange Beach. It was perfect for all the kids and families. Lot of room, and rrally big space in the kitchen and living room areas for meetings. We will book it again next year as soon as the tournament in confirmed. Thank you! [Great!!
