Great week!

Our stay was everything we expected. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us and our 3 children. The view of the Gulf was amazing from both the master bedroom and the living area. The place was slightly dated, but has been updated enough. It was everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there.

Unit has potential

This unit has a lot of potential for a being a small, but cozy, family or couples unit. The location is great, has great beach access and adequate parking. However, the whole unit needs to be updated. Make sure to personally contact the realty company about details before booking as the online description and information doesn't necessarily match up. With a a little TLC, this unit would be a perfect vacation getaway.

The view from the balcony was the absolute best. However, the condo was in need of attention. For the price paid, I definitely expected better. Balcony tiles were missing and stacked in the corner. Popcorn ceilings were coming off. Ceiling fans had so much build up of dirt, I had to buy cleaner and then vacuum the big dust bunnies that fell. Used the cleaner to disinfect everything else and try to rid condo of the musty smells. Bathroom was molded around tub and counter. Cabinet doors were peeling and bathroom cabinet doors were falling off. Coffee maker did not work at all. Kitchen light had to stay on the whole time because we turned it off and could never get it back on. So once it came on, we didn’t turn it back off. Also, it was annoying that we had to go out and buy toilet paper and trash bags after spending a fortune on the rental. I did not notify the rental company as it was last minute trip and I pulled up their other available rentals and did not want my other options as they looked worse.

The condo was pleasant. Easy check in, easy check out. Failed to let us know there was construction going on on Thursday when we got there. It did stop on Saturday, THANK THE LORD. we enjoyed our time. Will be back!

Small but cozy

The pictures on the site are good. The condo is smaller than the pictures show. However, plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen and bathrooms are small. The couch pulls out into a bed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I would suggest more chairs outside, preferably that rock. There was some paint chipping from the walls and leftover food boxes left in the fridge. Otherwise we didn’t have any issues. The pool was my youngest kids favorite. The water had a lot of seaweed but we still had so much fun in the ocean and at the beach. Plenty of food places around and we ate around 4-5 pm for dinner and never had to wait very long. I would suggest Desotos Seafood Kitchen and the Sunliner Diner.

Amazing ocean property

Room was really clean. Management was some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever done business with. Really nice pool. Only problems I had were the tv in our bedroom wouldn’t work right and a hot tub on the property would have been nice

Best vacation

Condo was everything we needed! It had a bedroom and bathroom for kids & our bedroom had French doors with an amazing view. The living room also had French doors. All we had to do was go to the lobby & walk out by the pool & be at the beach. I loved having a washing machine & full kitchen. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 & everything we needed. Other than a few cosmetic repairs/improvements that could be made, which do not affect the stay, I have no complaints!

Great location but not meeting the value

We loved the location of this condo and especially the large deck. The condo is right on the beach and the deck is large and has a full view of the gulf! The location is great, although the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo needs to be improved. The floors were dirty when we arrived. My fiance's feet were dark with sand/dirt by walking around on the floor. There was some water damage to the ceiling above the shower. There was an odd stain/mess on the door to the bedroom. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom, nothing more. There are nicks and dents on the trim work in the unit. On a good note, the kitchen wear, toaster and microwave are in good condition. While the view and location was great, I expected better conditions of the condo at this price level.

Great Getaway

We had a great time for Memorial Day weekend. The balcony provided an amazing view, the property was clean, and unlike many condos the elevator was quick! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Location is great AND amazing beach view!!

Overall, we loved this property. Close to everything, perfect 4th floor balcony for ocean watching, and basically you step out of the complex onto the beach!! A few updates are needed. New sheets and bedding are def needed!! Not a good mattress in 2nd bedroom. Idea - move good mattress into 2nd bedroom and Master needs a King size bed! We enjoyed this location and look forward to returning.
