Great stay

We had a really great stay. The whole family had a lot of room and individual rooms for themselves. We are able to gather easily in the living room down by the pool underneath in the wreck area. It was actually quite lovely experience.

It was a beautiful piece of paradise. So private and great neighborhood. 4 teenagers never got bored between game room, kayaks, bikes, swimming and fishing. A perfect place. Plenty of room.

February Family Vacation

We traveled with 7 people. The house was spacious enough for all of us. The girls enjoyed the room with bunk beds! The deck was nice to catch some sun and to watch watch the pelicans!

Perfect place to stay with family.

Game room, pool, fishing dock kept us busy. Our adult kids had there own bedrooms and baths, grandkids also. Good location wished it was a little easier to get to the beach though.

Polynesian Paradise Stay

Kids loved the game room and the pool. They also enjoyed fishing off the pier, would have like to have a light on the pier for night fishing. The hot tub and the area below was spacious and very nice. We also enjoyed the canoes. The home needs a good dusting, some repairs and updating. Would have also liked to have better access to the beach.

Quick getaway

I needed a break after the holidays and this was perfect! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of things to do on the property and there was a small grocery store a block away for last minute needs. I would stay here again but would like to try it in the summer.

February Family Vacation

The house was large enough for our family. The grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds and game room. The living room had enough couches for everyone. It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful on the porch overlooking the water.

Everything about this home was beautiful. The hot tub was amazing. The fishing dock was awesome. The bedrooms are comfortable. My children really loved the game room. The only downside was the swimming pool not working!

Great place/limited access

Beautiful home and a great view. However, we were not able to access the whole downstairs due to the doors being unlocked so the kids and an avid pool player were not able to use the game room or pool table. Or any other amenities downstairs in the lower level.

Family Vacation

The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the kayaks,bikes, pool, and hot tub were awesome. It’s a good walk to the beach and there is not a lot of parking available this time of year. (Parking was pretty full, but we loved being so close to town with our teens and they had no problem with walking to the beach. Very relaxing, very clean. It’s a lot smaller than it looks in the pics but it was still plenty big enough.

Great stay!

Fit our family perfectly. It was a hot week, but enough room to play indoors or out. You can easily drive or walk to beach. Pool was a warm but it was heat index of 110 daily the week we went. Store within walking distance. Lots of anmenitues to keep family busy. Enjoyed our vacation!

Holiday Weekend Visit

The property was a nice visit however there were a few personal comforts that would have made it better. There should be blinds on the family room windows to take the bright glare from watching tv. Items such as shower caddy on master shower, towel bars/hooks in baths, no tissue holder in master bath would have made it nicer. There were no blankets in the bedrooms for cold nature people. The bikes would have been nice addition however two had flat tires, one had broken seat and the other had bad handle bars so we could not use them. Even though the house has electronic locks it was rather cheap having a key hanging on a nail by the front door that could have had a nice key chain with a proper place for safe keeping. I would think a house of this price range these things could be added to improve the stay for renters since they are creature comforts for almost everyone.

Beautiful house.

The view, and amenities were great. Very spacious. Only real complaint was that the hot tub was dirty /smelly. We reported it the first day and were repeatedly told someone would be out to clean it out and no one ever showed up. Didn’t get to use it. That was disappointing.

Great Place

We loved the location of the place. The walk though was about 10 minutes to the beach. It had a store within walking distance but was pricey on some items. Was a great place to get ice to refill coolers. The pool was great to have especially with the heat. Although the pool was experiencing a leak during our stay we still got to enjoy it some. Fair warning the concrete gets very hot so keep shoes nearby. It also is slippery. It was helpful to have an elevator to carry belongings and groceries up the stairs. Overall we all enjoyed our stay!

Not worth the money.

Old frozen food found in freezer; low ice quantity on check in; two louvres broke on blinds in twin bunk room; decks, stairs, seating, and handrails heavily weathered to the point of splintering with nails and screw head protruding from walking and handrail surfaces; hvac units would not keep home below 78 degrees during the day; exterior paint faded with nail heads exposed with rust stains running down siding; floor tile in house laid uneven with edged canted where bare feet strike with cracked and broken tiles throughout house; furniture heavily worn; cheap mattresses and linens throughout house; daybed mattress in bunk room unusable felt like box spring rather than mattress; no extra linens or blankets in house not even for pull out sofa or daybed had to buy extra just for stay; old dog toys and bone found under couch and in bedroom; doors and jams damaged through house need sanded and painted due to splintering and damage; master shower tile grout needs resealed mold growth throughout shower; paint grease stained above stove; cooking utensils cheap and worn; skillets were warped; knives and cutting boards were good though; patio chairs down stairs heavily rusted and worn need replacement; fan over tiki bar doesn’t work needs replaced; upstairs gate on utility lift needs to be reversed to reduced risk of injury to guests arms when walking up the stairs the latch sticks out and guests arm was cut durning stay; game room door extremely hard to shut and secure needs adjustmen
