The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done.

Wonderful stay! Condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Awesome beach views and close to everything. Hosts communicated with us every step of the way. Will definitely stay again at Orange 202!

Our annual NYE beach trip was great in this condo! We loved the decks and views were amazing. Even though it’s too cold for the beach we definitely enjoyed our stay.
