“Great little cottage a few blocks to beach and one block to intercoastal with a super cute back yard area to use, a full kitchen and all the amenaties you could ever need. Also bonus that it was even cuter and more updated than the listing photos showed.The only suggestion I would have is to replace the pull out bed mattress as it was very uncomfortable so if you need more than one bed keep this in mind. I was relocating to St. Petersburg the weekend of 4th of July & needed a place for days……

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……

“I miss this place and cant wait to book again. The peace and quiet, the beauty of the decorations and omg to be greeted by Mrs. Pac-man herself was everything!! There was plenty of privacy and eating breakfast or a having a night cap out side was great. I love that we can borrow chairs for the beach if needed and we spent no money on restaurants because there is a full kitchen. Items are clean and sanitized, the coffee machine was great. The bathroom was beautiful!! Fully stocked with towels.……
