Sleeps 6-9 easily plus queen air mattress available. Ottoman in Upstairs Bedroom converts to Futon. Daybed with Trundle Bed in Master. Small Colorful Futon Couch in large Master closet. Portable Playpen and Booster Seat with Tray for the little ones! Pretty Pool with loungers and tables is just two doors down. Private fenced in back patio with Weber grill and New Patio Furniture with Pergola. Four flat screen Smart TVs that are loaded with unlimited Hulu and Netflix. High speed Internet. Cuisinart Coffee and Pod Brewer, Cuisinart Toaster, Air Fryer, Ice Maker, Blender, Food Processor, Crockpot, Cookware, Utensils, Knives, Dishware, Tupperware, Wine Glasses, Spices, Ice Trays, New Furniture, Desk, Comfortable Beds and Linens, Box Fans, Ceiling Fans, Washer, Dryer, Hair Dryers in each Bathroom, Charging Station, Iron, Vacuum, Bath Towels and everything you need to feel right at home! Great Place, Great Value

Facility was close to the beach and we were so close to the pool which was a big selling point in our decision process. This townhome was large enough for our two families and the location was very family friendly. The beach toys and chairs is also a really nice addition for anyone staying!

The property is great! It is close to the beach — close enough to walk. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen. I like to cook, and this kitchen had everything I needed. The beach vibe was nice. We would stay there again. The hosts were great! Megan quickly responded to our questions.

Family Thanksgiving

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 plus some friends of our son stationed at Keesler AFB and couldn’t go home to enjoy Thanksgiving! We were able to prepare a feast for 9 in the kitchen and we all fit comfortably. Thank you for a great place to enjoy our family Thanksgiving!

Exceptional experience

This property was fantastic in every way from location to the cleanliness and the host. There was not anything that this property did not have. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool. Having the patio and balcony was so nice and relaxing. The host has thought of everything a person could possibly need and had it plus extra available. I did not want to leave!!!

Family weekend

We had a great time with our children and grandchildren. We had 9 in our party and had plenty of room. The grands loved being so close to the beach and we loved being close to the pool. The back patio was a very nice surprise. The hosts were great and we definitely look forward to our next trip!!!

Soccer Tournament

Stayed a few days for a soccer tournament and the location was only 15mins from sports complex and 5min walk to the beach. Cute place very clean and such easy communication to receive info for the stay. Only negative was you could hear the trains when they would pass but that would not stop us from staying there again!

Close to beach and pool

The location is wonderful. Next to the pool, and a short walk to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. They have a cooler, beach chairs and a wagon. The speedbumps are very high, and scrapped the bottom of my Honda Accord, so don't bring one of those lowered to the ground cars, and drive over them slowly.

The location was perfect everything was ether in a walking distance or 9-10 minutes away manager responded very quickly with our concerns and complications my mother in law felt very at home and loved the view from the deck the train was a lil bit jumpy after because we aren’t used to it but after the first night we slept pretty comfortably will definitely be booking again

Very roomy and close to pool. When you type in code to door, wait until red light stops blinking, then turn the doorknob. Very good location to everything. Easy communication with owners. Exactly what we needed for the weekend. They had everything there!

What a gem!

My family and I just left and we cannot wait to book again. The house was just as stated. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool was right next door and it was a short walk to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated. The host Megan was very easy to contact and made the whole process seamless. Thanks for a great family vacation and my newphews are asking when we can come back.

Great place!

Our family and another stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was everything we hoped for. Location was great being close to the beach and the outlet road at front gate will bring you straight to the interstate. Home is nice and clean. Lots of amenities are included to make your stay even better (beach wagon and other beach stuff. Even bikes!). The pool is nice and very close. Back patio area was nice also. Grocery stores located close as well as restaurants. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again here for future trips!

Our stay was fantastic! Space was so clean, decorated very nicely! Had plenty of space for my family of 5 and could have easily accommodated more! I truly enjoyed the little amenities and thoughtfulness of the host! There is nothing worse than arriving at a location to find you have to go shopping for basic necessities! That is not what happens here! Our host made sure we had a few trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc! Enough to get through our stay! The house is 100 percent beach 🏖️ ready. Equipped with sand buckets, wagon, umbrellas, beach blankets, coolers etc. The outdoor furniture is the perfect place for morning coffee! The home is located close to all tourists attractions making travel a breeze for Beach Blvd. I will 100 percent rebook here.

This property had a great amount of space for our group. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean! The AC I didn’t find could keep up with the heat outside. It wasn’t until after midnight did the townhouse truly get cool. The outdoor patio furniture hasn’t been checked/cleaned in a bit There are several other small things that do need to be fixed but I’m not sure if anyone has ever mentioned it to the owners. Running toilet downstairs, leaking (pouring out) shower hose upstairs, mildew on vent in downstairs bathroom, living room fan wobbles uncontrollably when turned on, ac isn't completely terrible but it doesn’t truly cool the house off even being lowered to 65 (until around midnight even with the temp being set to 65 all day) We like to keep it cooler inside while on vacation but it just wouldn’t get there. The complex maintenance truly needs to address the pool area for hazards. The poolFilter cover is cracked/broken and could seriously I jut sometime if accidentally stepped on. It appears poison ivy is growing on the fence at the back area of the pool. The pool itself was also very cloudy and dirty. This is beyond the owner’s control so this isn’t on them. Communication was great and Sawyer was incredibly responsive.
