Gulfport Last Minute Getaway

Property and Unit 404 had everything we could have needed. Isaac went out of his way to make sure to have a shower chair available for my husband and was contacted us during check in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great views from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

This condo was beautiful!! View was amazing! Right across from the beach. We were minutes away from restaurants and attractions. Our family had an amazing time. Communication with owner was on point. Pros: Clean place. Pictures are accurate. Nice access to beach, nice outside pool area. Conveniently located to Gulfport and Biloxi. Cons: Condo door must be locked and unlocked with standard keys as electronic access doesn’t work. There’s a screen across the balcony somewhat hindering the balcony gulf view (may be a pro for others, just not for us) The beds were all significantly too firm, not luxurious firm, maybe this will improve with use. Overall a nice place, but may look elsewhere next trip.

Sienna 404

A beautiful, property with an awesome view of the ocean. A great location for a family gathering. The property is quiet, safe and well kept. The security guy, Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff needs to clean under the beds and vacuum under the couches. Also, you might want to let guests know to bring their own trash bags. All in all, minor issues compared to relaxing environment and beautiful condo and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway or retreat.

Very nice condo with lots of room

Lots of space. Furniture was not new and not totally remodeled but still very nice. Perfect for our family. Only one complaint it definitely could have been cleaned better. Mostly the floors and windows. We enjoyed the big window in living room to dolphin watch and we saw them almost every day. Pools were amazing and staff was very on top of things. Could have used more umbrellas at pool if you burn easy like me shade is hard to come by but very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Also no easy way to get to beach with kids. We managed but seemed dangerous. Busy highway. We didn’t spend a ton of time over there. All in all very relaxing and comfy stay. Would stay again if in area.

Gulfport condo

Nice condo. Convenient location. Was a small hiccup in check-in as they apparently had no idea we were arriving. The condo also could have been cleaned a little better. Something sticky spilled all over the kitchen and the rugs were filthy and hadn’t been washed in a very long time. My mom actually threw the bathroom rugs into wash and they came out looking brand new! Also there isn’t anything complimentary in the kitchen, nothing! No condiments, salt n pepper, or even coffee! That was definitely disappointing as its super inconvenient to have to buy brand new when you’re obviously not flying home with them. Pool and spa was ice cold the first day but we alerted fromt desk and the next time it was quite a bit warmer.

Weekend get away

This condo is the best we have ever stayed at. The pictures on here don’t do justice for how great it is. The outside couch on the balcony was great to take a nap on it. We were racing to get to the balcony to see who was going to take nap on it.
