Quiet non-smoking vacation apartment w beautiful garden in Freiburg-Gundelfingen

47 m2 living space: bright apartment with a view of the large garden, new kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Liebherr fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, egg cooker, coffee, tea, sugar, spices ...) with table and Chairs, bed 140x200 + sofa bed (about 140x200), bright bathroom with shower and window (hair dryer available). Wi-Fi for free.
Large beautifully landscaped garden with seating and sun loungers. Absolutely quiet environment, no street noise.
Parking free of charge on public streets. Limited parking directly in front house driveway. If you wish, you are welcome to rent a private parking garage on the premisses next to the house (10€/night; payable at the time of arrival).

* A fifth person can sleep on a comfortable guest mattress upon request *

Shops (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market) on foot or by car in a few minutes.
The tram stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot (ride to city center / Freiburg Cathedral 14 minutes). By bike you also need so long in the Freiburg city center (distance: 6 km).
A public children playground and a separate swimming pool (with a very large lawn) and sports / tennis courts are 200 meters away.
From the house garden you can see directly the Black Forest (10 min walk). Wonderful walks / trails to Wildtaler and Lehener Eck; the Glottertal is about 6 km away and can be "hiked").

There are wonderful bike rides starting right at our place and a mountain bike trail in the Gundelfinger forest.

The Europa-Park in Rust: approx. 20 minutes by car (also easy to reach by public transport)
Titisee / Badeparadies: approx. 35 autominutes (with suburban train and train approx. 60 min driving time)
Glottertal ("Black Forest Clinic", Panorama Park): 6 km
Waldkirch (Baumkronenweg, Black Forest Zoo, Organ Museum): 8 km
Freeway Freiburg-Nord: 8 km away

You do not need a car. Sights are easily accessible by public transportation. In addition, there are several "frelo" bicycle stations near by.

Great time near Freiburg

Lovely relaxing apartment a short tram ride away from Freiburg centre. Friendly helpful host. Apartment clean and well equipped, variety of shops within walking distance. Nice neighbourhood., really enjoyed our time here.

Schwarzwald

angenehmer Aufenthalt in Gundelfingen und dank der S-Bahn ruck-zuck in Freiburg und im Schwarzwald. Souterrain-Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auch die Küche (etwas abgetrennt von der 1-Zimmer-Wohnung) ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich wirklich rührend kümmert….

Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, gastfreundlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Küche ist top ausgestattet und Spielzeug für die Kleinen wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Summa sumarum ein sehr gelungener Urlaub dank perfekter Unterkunft :-)

Nette Unterkunft mit sehr freundlicher Vermietung

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Vor allem ist die Vermieterin der Wohnung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist sensationell. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten, auf denen man das oft sehr schöne Wetter genießen kann. Wanderwege sind nah bei. Mit der Bahn ist man in 15 Minuten in der Freiburger Innenstadt, die wunderschön ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen, besonders, weil die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.

Sehr schön!

Wir haben ein paar Tage in dieser schönen sauberen, zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit schönem Garten verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns auch die gute Verbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Freiburg gefallen.Bei der Gesamtbewertung nur 4 Punkte, da das Schlafsofa unbequem war.

Es ist sehr sauber, kein Schimmel zu sehen, da kann sich manches Hotel eine Scheibe abscheiden. Sehr freundlich und wird nachgefragt, ob wir was brauchen, alles in Ordnung ist u.s.w.. Notwendiges ist vorhanden, sogar Tee, Kaffee, Zucker u.s.w. Trotz Kellerwohnung ist es sehr hell drin.

Erholsame Tage

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht vollkommen den ausführlichen Informationen der Anzeige. Kontaktaufnahme und weiterer informeller Austausch mit der Vermieterin erfolgte immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit, war sehr umfassend und dadurch besonders hilfreich. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig und die absolut ruhige Lage trägt zur Erholung bei. Trotzdem sind durch gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung alle Ziele gut erreichbar.

Mitten im Leben

Zuerst mal muss erwähnt werden, dass die Vermieterin eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Frau ist. Unsere zeitigere Anreise wurde akzeptiert, Wünsche aller Art förmlich erbeten. Hygiene, frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche - alles ohne Beanstandungen. Vielen Dank dafür noch einmal. Die Lage im Wohngebiet - nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, zu Fuß nach Freiburg oder auch in den Wald, die Nähe zu Schwarzwald, Schweiz und Frankreich war für uns perfekt. Wenn man etwas aussetzen möchte, ist es die Zweiteilung der Wohnung - die Küche ist also separat - und die etwas einfache Ausstattung. Der Wohnraum könnte ein paar mehr Ablagen - so etwa Nachtisch oder Kofferablagen vertragen. Aber wie gesagt - nur wenn man etwas finden möchte.

Super Lage, kleine Wohnung im Keller

Die Wohnung ist klein und sauber. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr aufmerksam. Für uns als Familie war das Objekt zu klein und etwas dunkel, da es im Keller ist (aber mit natürlichem Licht). Ich würde es einzelnen Personen bzw Paaren empfehlen - aber nicht Familien. Die Lage ist sehr schön: man hat direkten Zugang zur Stadt.

Tolle Wohnung, um Freiburg & Umgebung zu entdecken!

Die ruhige Souterrain-Wohnung (mit eigenem Eingang) in Gundelfingen bei Freiburg ist für einen Urlaub in Freiburg und Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist in puncto Ausstattung alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht, auch praktische Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze, Tee, Küchenrolle usw. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist uns besonders positiv aufgefallen! Die Lage ist ruhig und naturnah - MTB-Touren kann man z. B. gleich von der Haustür aus starten. Man ist von der fußläufig erreichbaren Straßenbahn-Station sowie mit dem Rad aber auch recht schnell in der Freiburger Innenstadt. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Gundelfingen selbst fußläufig erreichbar. Ulrike ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Als Ortskundige hat sie uns für den Aufenthalt wertvolle Hinweise und Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war von der Sauberkeit her einfach tadellos. Besonders schön fanden wir , dass man das Auto stehen lassen konnte und nur einen kurzen Fußweg zur Straßenbahn hatte. So konnten wir tagsüber die tolle Stadt erkunden und abends und nachts war es wunderbar ruhig. Lebensmittelgeschäfte , Bäckerei , Restaurants, Drogerie… all das gab es vor Ort ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr ordentlich und schnell in der Natur

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren 2 Erw. Und 1 Kind, dafür ist die Fewo gut geeignet gewesen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Volle Zufriedenheit

wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren. Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten.

A very nice place to stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Although the wetter was nice and warm, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. Add the comfortable bed and a very quiet neighborhood and a good night sleep is well assured. There is a nice garden that can be used whenever one wants with spots with sun and shade, whatever you like. Ulrike is very kind and helpful. If German is not your best language, Ulrike also speaks English very well. If you are looking for a base for a hiking holiday up in the black forest or want to visit the beautiful city of Freiburg or other scenic villages nearby, this apartment will suit you very well. We fully recommend it.
