「Great place with lots of amenities and friendly community.」

「Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! Thank you...

「I love how clean everything was in the cabin. I like the laid back atmosphere . The host went out of their way to make sure everything was great . The river was absolutely beautiful. Coffee was great too!」

「This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs...

So I used the electric kitchen stone to heat the cottage , but someone had spilled grease on the burners so it smoked terribly. So I opened the doors and windows and turned on the fan until it cleared. Still no one at the office to talk to 7 PM Using the electric oven for warmth we got...

「The advertising photo of the nice cabin is not the cabin we got and booking was misleading. No AC, no water, no bathroom, just the cabin and two outlets. The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements. The shared shower house and bathrooms are very nice, just a long walk in the middle of the night. It was very nice for having our dog along...

「Growing up in Alaska, and currently living in Vegas.. I’ve been chasing this indescribable feeling behind a vacation and between the cute small cabin, beautiful mountains engulfed in the clouds, rainy nights, and misty mornings, this place helped captivate an experience that you only see on tv and read about in books.」
