「Booked this property for the amenities but was I wrong. Hot tub didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for quite some time. Did not have any continental breakfast like advertised. Outside of property was dirty and not maintained. Would not stay here again.」

「I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, in the exact same room. Not much had changed, except owners. Great location if you have a dog with you as you are only a block from Pioneer Park and quiet neighborhoods. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the tub. It was not very clean; the bathroom was overall clean, good towels, but I'm a stickler for a clean showering area. Maybe the tub needs to be reglazed. Very reasonable price.」

「The only resemblance was the lay out of the room. The bed was well made but not sure if the sheets were freshly washed or used because they were wrinkly. The couch and ottoman had old stains on them , very dated and no AC. My husband and I were bit by spiders a few times at night. Although we only slept there more care could be taken by property owners. I understand it’s a mountain town but it shouldn’t look run down」
