“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“We had a lovely stay in Crested Butte at this condo! Heidi was great to communicate with and very prompt in her responses. The unit is lovely, updated, and clean. It is very close and convenient to the ski area and easy to get to town. ”

“Hot tub was always overcrowded. The room is perfect! Two amazing king beds. Perfectly cleaned. Plenty of kitchen tools etc. An easy 5 minute walk to lift. The owner is probably the quickest to respond I’ve ever experienced! Nearly immediate responses if anything arises! Would definitely stay again. ”
