"I will start with the positive. We picked the property because of the amazing views from the condo! Condo appeared to be freshly painted , new floors but that is where it ends. When we had issues with parking, the management was extremely accommodating. Kudos to them. The closet doors were broken, the outdoor screens were broken, the freezer door would fly open when we closed the fridge door. No elevators so we had trek all our stuff from the parking lot up a hill & staircases. Very noisy...

"For people skiing crested, the ground location is amazing. It's right across from the Silver Queen and Red Lady lifts, so no complaints there. Also, there are a few restaurant options in the village, but with the free shuttle down to town every 15 minutes, the options really expand. A few things to note: 1. Stairs! Lots and Lots of Stairs. "The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "

"This hotel is one of those surprise gems. I visited in the off-season for skiing (Sept '26) but the on-season for Colorado mountain beauty. Located right on the Crested Butteski slope, everything about this property and my visit was first rate.Like to give a shout-out to the lovely front desk guy who checked me in. Couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. The property is first class but due to it being an off season stay, the rate was phenomenal because it is one quality and luxurious accommodation. For the exact same price as an upscale Holiday Inn Express in Gunnison, this was heads and shoulders above for value and luxury. A fabulous surprise. I highly recommend. I am a much seasoned traveller and this was a memorable stay and property."

"Room was clean. Welcome cookies good. Basic continental breakfast but no decaf coffee. Shower hot with good water pressure. Good temp in room and comfy bed/linens/pillows. Small room fridge was adequate for our needs. Didnt use the hot tub or washer/dryer, so cant specifically rate amenities. Fair price for stay but would book directly with them for a better price as they will beat competitor cost. Would book again if returning to town."
