"Clean and very spacious room. Property was empty of staff. Communication was disconnected and awkward: lacked checkin details, there were no restaurants open on the mountain, building entry codes were not provided. Very different from past stays!"

"Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "

"Condo was great! Walking distance to everything in downtown Crested Butte. We enjoyed being close to the market across the street. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. Looking forward to staying here again! "
"Great location. Beautiful renovations. The house had so much charm and character. The owner of the property was extremely quick to respond to our questions, kind and extremely gracious."
Elk Cottage In Town! Unique Three Bedroom Townhouse with Mountain Views
10/10 Excellent
"Shorter 4 night stay during the summer. The walk to Elk street restaurants and shops is very reasonable, about 5 plus minutes depending on where you're going, we actually liked the walk. The main area to live in here is the second floor with the kitchen and seating. It is a very bright inviting space with a nice area to sit and gather with friends/family in the evening. The main bedroooms are on the first floor, both with their own bath. It is set up well with storage and places to put your gear while traveling. It is not an amazing property, but it is very nice, clean, and felt comfortable. I would definitely rent here again."
Mariposa-Valerian-Paintbrush Bundle at Academy Place with Private Hot Tub
10/10 Excellent
"I can't say enough about our stay at the houses at Academy Place! My family of 15, with 8 adults and 7 children under 10 years old, stayed in the Mariposa, Valarian and Paintbrush houses. The houses were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. There is a lovely courtyard in the center of the group of houses that was great for the kids. The location is within walking distance of all of downtown Crested Butte! And finally the management team were readily available and always helpful with any questions or concerns."
Alpenglow- Great location in Town of Crested Butte
10/10 Excellent
"I shared this rental with 3 friends for a weeklong conference in CB. It's very close to the Center for the Arts which made it super convenient. The kitchen is pretty well set up for cooking, very close to Clark's Market, and it's not far over to Elk Ave where most of the restaurants are. Also easy to catch the bus up to Mt CB, so no need to drive and deal with parking there. This is my 2nd time in this property and I hope to book again for my next trip to CB."
