「Old Style Charm with updated amenities. Very quiet setting and great location. The staff is outstanding and friendly..(personable). Breakfast couldn’t be better. I will be back……」

「Unfortunately, the property isn’t very well maintained. Sheets were clean beds not all that comfortable. Bathroom clean except for toilet. Needed a good scrubbing. The owner has done nothing to update property since it was built. They do have a pool and 2 outside hot tubs. One was not working. They have a game room, pool table, ping pong table and exercise room. Restaurant was closed due to lack of help and TVs did not work. It’s in a beautiful location. I just say shame on the owner...

「Booked this property for the amenities but was I wrong. Hot tub didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for quite some time. Did not have any continental breakfast like advertised. Outside of property was dirty and not maintained. Would not stay here again.」

「I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, in the exact same room. Not much had changed, except owners. Great location if you have a dog with you as you are only a block from Pioneer Park and quiet neighborhoods. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the tub. It was not very clean; the bathroom was overall clean, good towels, but I'm a stickler for a clean showering area. Maybe the tub needs to be reglazed. Very reasonable price.」
