「Beautiful hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. High quality furnishings. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.」

「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「Loved the staff, loved the location. I wish the pool wasn’t essentially in the parking lot but it didn’t matter that much. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbours, but if you’re not in your room too much anyways it doesn’t matter much. I definitely still recommend! 」

「Great front desk staff, and great property! We really enjoyed the space of the condo with the hot tub and pool super close. 」

「The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal 」

「Clean and very spacious room. Property was empty of staff. Communication was disconnected and awkward: lacked checkin details, there were no restaurants open on the mountain, building entry codes were not provided. Very different from past stays!」

「The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.」
