“This is a very rundown old motel that's VERY dated. There was no kitchen service, no food, TVs weren't working, and the pool was freezing. Luckily for me, I only required a one night stay on a motorcycle trip. I won't be going back!”

“Eric was super helpful and we found this campground a delight! So close to Monarch and Salida, this was perfect for our snowboarding trip where we also wanted to enjoy town a bit too!”

“The room was clean, well appointed and a very comfortable bed. For a motel breakfast, it was exceptional. The only complaint is the water pressure was not great in the shower.”

“We booked this property mainly because of a pool - we were on a driving tour in 90 degree weather so we needed to work-out in a pool. The pool was apparently newly under required renovation (not evident when we booked). Our initial room was visually crowded by stairs and the carpet was dirty. But the hotel moved us to an upper with a cleaner room. I would say the staff did their best within their means.”

“We were there for a baseball tournament and the rooms were clean and the boys like the game room. Breakfast was good also would stay again”

“Clean, comfortable and close to outdoor activities. Would gave liked a hair dryer. Also woukd like to have a working microwave. Good refrigerator and induction stove top. No pans or utensils though. Otto's next door has excellent food! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.”
