"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was very simple (it could be improved) The all day coffee was usually lukewarm but they have a microwave where I heated it."

"Sitting on the back porch and watching the sunrise every morning, while the deer and prairie dogs go about their business, was incredibly peaceful. There were some flies to be dealt with upon arrival, and the bed was... Not great, but aside from that, you are getting exactly as it seems. A very quiet, secluded, peaceful space with not just an incredible view, but an environment that is alive."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds while enjoying our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was convenient and close to town. It was a relaxing and comfortable experience, and we would love to return."

"Room was very clean , nicely decorated . The owners were so friendly . The room had dishes, cups Silverware, microwave, mini fridge . Bathroom had face wipes , q-tips , lotion . We really loved our stay ."

"This was a cozy place to stay in Montrose. We had an early flight out and needed somewhere close to the airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood. Our only issue was it did not get very cold in the bedrooms at night. Other than that, it was great. Would stay again."
