The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and has character, and the parking lot felt very safe and brightly lit at night. The shower and the bathtub in the bathroom were great as well with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. I will certainly stay here again.

It was a well seasoned location just off of Main. Adequate parking. They needed Building "C" ice machine repaired. It was a short walk to the main lobby for ice. (Plenty of ice on hand...)

The staff is very polite. The room needs a little upkeep. The bathroom door was off its track, stains on some of the furniture and the floor needed a good cleaning. Although this did not affect our rest.

There were ACTUAL RAT DROPPINGS in our room. The staff were understanding and refunded us our money. They told us that the room we were in was one of their suites so it was the nicest one on the property. The floors were filthy, the bathtub was unclean, there was dust and grime all around the mini fridge, and again, ACTUAL RAT POOP, on the floor.

We booked the room 2 hours before arrival from the National Park. We therefore did not use any anemeties. The personal was very friendly. The room was clean. The towels were all dirty, so we left and got some at ross. The entrance wasnt the cleanest either but that didnt really bother us. We got dinner from Arby's on the other side of the street and left the next morning for Mesa Verde. Breakfast was given in a paper bag to take, 2 cupcakes and a yoghurt. It was an okay stay and for the price absolutely great. We would stay there again.

Rooms trash was not emptied from previous guests, parking lot filled with sketchy junkies roaming around asking me if I wanted to smoke up with them. Room had multiple broken lights, shower was still wet with hair in it, shower head is broken. Breakfast is just 1 item you can grab and go, I didn’t even bother trying to get anything, wanted to leave asap. Type of hotel where you have the gun out on the nightstand while you sleep.

Though it was a short overnight stay, the room was spacious and clean. The property is a bit outdated with no USB adapters to charge phones. Old AM/FM radio and phone in restroom mafe me giggle. No bottled water for morning coffee, very appreviated breakfast with coffee to go. Didn't notice a hot tub. Overall great value for $50.
