“No coffee available in room or in breakfast area at 8:00am. They refused to make any. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had NOTHING except bagels (again no coffee). Air conditioning would not cool sufficiently. Couldn’t get it below 75 degrees. Beds were good and firm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly.”

“This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay.”

“Everything was top notch except for one thing. Refrigerator did not work. Called front desk… was offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and not in the mood to repack and move. Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-(”
