"I had a do not disturb magnet on the door, and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door well before check-out time to check if the room was vacant. (I had not checked out of the room yet.) This disregard for signage was disappointing, but, otherwise, this hotel is one of my favorites for overnight stays in the Quail Springs Mall area. Nice hotel, good staff."

"Everything was amazing, the only downside is that there is basic cable TV in such an expensive hotel. I've stayed in less for more with options to watch on the TV & a welcome message with my name on it. This hotel has none which is a disappointment so bring a firestick to connect."

"The property was convenient to the highway and easy to access. A few fast food locations nearby. The hotel was clean but there was an odor in the room and in the bedding. The room was very warm but cooled while I went to dinner. The refrigerator was not on and did not cool. The ice-machine was broken on my floor and had to go to the 1st floor. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of items including eggs and sausage that were hot and tasty. Coffee was warm!!!"
