“The staff did not speak English. The food was the same throughout our entire 8-day stay. The pool was dirty. The sun loungers around the pool were old and dirty, as were the cushions on them. Turkish Roma music was played every day from 2:00 PM until 11:00 PM, which was very unpleasant. There is no bar or toilet at the private beach. The umbrellas are old, as are the sun loungers. The only good thing about our stay was the view from the room.”

“Great place to stay . Clean , private and spacious”

“The location just by the beach is fantastic and the vibe of the huts with the beautiful garden is great. The place is needing some paint and seem a bit neglected, but at the same time it clearly shows it is the labour of love. The staff is very kind. Free parking.”

“Très bon acceuil,”

“The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, modern, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end for us. The food and drinks are very overpriced for what you receive, and the level of hospitality from the staff was disappointing. We experienced very few smiles or greetings, and at times it felt as though we were overlooked simply because we weren’t Turkish. Unfortunately, this was the least welcoming staff we have encountered during our travels in……

“My second time to stay in this hotel since 2021. I like the proximity to everything , e.g. Pigeon Island, old town, seafood restaurants , waterfront as well as the viewpoint for sunset. Highly recommended!!”

“I spent 3 night in this hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. And the room is clean and spacious.”

“Lovely hotel,perfect staff xx”

“Bit of an oddity this place - it has a small pool but you can't use the hotel's towels in it. i.e you have to bring or buy your own which I have never before come across. It also says 'direct access to private beach' but it is not their private beach it's an independent one across the street and is quite expensive at 1000 lira. It's a bit like saying you have access to a Rolls-Royce, which you do, if you want to pay for it. With regard to the rooms, the suites are excellent and probably worth……

“Not a big hotel but you can find everything’s cozy and warm here! Very detail decoration, cozy bedroom and convenient location to Efes. What’s more surprise is you can enjoy Turkish bath and sauna here to relax yourselves after taking long bus travelling to Selçuk. The host Mr.Ali and his team are all very kind person and treated everyone like VIP guest. I called him Baba. He is my Ali Baba :) I would definitely love to come here again. ”

“Nice hotel”
