"Staff at breakfast allowed other customers to push in. Was put in room 1111 at 10:30pm at night so felt uneasy. Building was dark when arrived at night so was worried if hotel was operational when arriving. "

Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours.
