「The property is in serious disrepair! The veranda had a hole in it they just covered with a chair. The toilet had fesces in it. The pool was green with algae. The didn’t tell us there was no power and were running on a generator that the turned off in the night with no warning leaving us in the dark completely. (Not even a flash light). They quoted us a ridiculous amount for transport from/to Vic Falls so we had to make our own way there for a third of the price. 「The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was incredible. The owners even can and had dinner with us the night we arrived. Ngasha was an incredible hostess/bartender, chef Kevin was amazing in the presentation and quality and taste of food, Fortune our guide was incredible and very intelligent and resourceful. Victor was excellent too. 」
