“We had a lovely stay it was very clean and everything you needed apart from a gas cooker. Beatrice was lovely and very welcoming the only thing we was a little uncomfortable with was we felt we was living with her as she was next door and her balcony was right next to ours. It was more a guest room than an apartment with her being next to us. We couldn't relax thinking tv might be to loud, or music not that we have it on loud but we was still worried. Also could do with sweeping brush and hoover……

The day before Eloise rang me to discuss further details, gave me all relevant information we needed and assured me that I could contact her if needed. She was really friendly, helpful and happy to assist with all small details like opening of local food places to the cottage. Upon arrival it was so easy to park, check in to the beautiful cottage. Good communications before and during our stay from the owner and as we were staying for ten nights, Kerri even offered to change the towels and bedding if we needed them changed.”

“The cottage is located in a nice area overlooking the lake Llanberis. Unfortunately the GPS led us somewhere else so we had to call the owner, Joan. The cottage is spacious, well equipped, we found everything we needed. The owner was very kind, helpful, she waited us with mince pies for Christmas and with a nicely decorated home. We were extremely lucky with the weather so we did walks in and around. The only negative thing we have to mention is that the radiators didn’t warm up the rooms……
