Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Gzira! This bright & airy open-plan space is filled with natural light, seamlessly connecting the living room—complete with a smart TV, the dining area, & a fully equipped kitchen.

Additionally, there's a sofabed to accommodate an extra guest.

Step out onto the private outdoor terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Maltese weather!

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi & efficient air conditioning for a truly relaxing stay!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Kitchen & Dining Area | The dining area is perfectly situated next to the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals or a quick snack.

The kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials for cooking, allowing you to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a full dinner.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, with a double bed. For over and above 2 guests, we will prepare sofabed for another additional guest. (Linen and towels will be provided accordingly).

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| The apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Gzira is a town located in the central region of Malta, on the northeastern coast of the island.

It is situated just south of Sliema and east of Msida, and is known for its bustling promenade, which runs along the waterfront and offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The neighbourhood of Gzira off the promenade is located just inland from the waterfront, and is known for its quiet residential streets and charming architecture.

It is a popular area for tourists to stay in due to its close proximity to the promenade and other popular attractions in the region, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Malta.

The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with regular bus service to other parts of the island and the nearby cities of Sliema and Valletta.

There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighbourhood, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.

Overall, Gzira off the promenade is a charming and convenient neighbourhood to stay in while visiting Malta.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Gzira making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus.

The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries in Sliema as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Gzira.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Gzira but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
