“The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being……

Leuk terras/bar
Bed zeer goed, nespresso op kamer.
Heerlijke producten op kamer en in spa.

“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“I keep giving this place a chance because it’s location is convenient, close to the airport, the mall and the area is safe and calm. But i keep getting disappointed. The staff in this building are unbelievably rude, and disrespectful. On top of that you have to pay for both taxes and maintenance fees, meanwhile, they will never never come clean up your room unless you ask, and even when you do they will fine any excuse not to clean it. Asking for towels or any amenities feels uncomfortable……
